I welcomed it because I was curious about its "broad flavor and lively taste" as the label says 🤗. It is sweet and dark with a slight melon drop. It is rich and mellow 🤤 with a rich koji aroma and a slightly bitter acidity that spreads slowly on the tongue. The effect of the 17% alu may be the chili on the tip of the tongue afterwards, and after the whole tongue is numbed, the umami like soup stock wraps around the tongue 😚. The next day, more mellow and umami ⤴️ Lunch was at the local Takezue. Chicken and scallop light (soy sauce) special. Very satisfied with the delicate yet aggressive taste. ⤴️

Tochigi Prefectural Association⛄️Winter Women's Meeting🤗③ The master's next recommendation... "I have a bottle of Orikarami Jyushiyo...? A light blue bottle was placed on the counter! I've seen this at Sake-no-Wa, but I don't know where I can find it. I'm not sure where I'd find it 🥹. The taste is almost transparent, with just a hint of ori (ori) floating from the bottom of the bottle, and the mouth is full of the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. A little bit of pineapple? The aroma is full of freshness, and the mouth is full of freshness, with a slight sweetness that is delicious. It also has a sharpness with a gentle bitterness and acidity that is refreshing and pleasant 😚.

Fuji as seen from Lake Suwa? The retro label is wonderful ✨. It is introduced as junmai dry, but sip to explore how dry it is! Soft but clear on the palate, with a fresh aroma reminiscent of white grapes and pears. The slight sweetness is followed by a soft alu aroma that escapes from the nostrils as it passes down the throat, and is then rounded off with a crisp finish of acidity and bitterness. A delicious sake with a freshly squeezed freshness....good... 😚.

A special honjozo brewed with 59% polished Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture. The dazzle of the Nama-Shu seal welcomes you 🤗. It has a fruity freshness that is hard to believe it is a honjozo! The gentle aroma, similar to that of melon, the spread of sweetness and umami of the rice, and the balanced taste with a good alkalinity and lightness make it a great mid-meal sake 😉. (The percentage and flavor changes depending on the season.) It has a smooth, glossy, mellow, and soft texture. The sweet ginjo aroma of koji is accompanied by a fruity and floral aroma that reminds me of melon and pineapple drops. I wanted to learn to appreciate the taste of dry sake, so I was attracted by the pop-up that said "Sake brewed with the aim of achieving both a dry taste and a mellow aroma" 🤗. I opened a bottle of this one, which would go well with grilled fish and nabe (hot pot) dishes tonight! The mouthfeel is soft and full of flavor, with a hint of apple. It has a slightly classical aroma! I can't deny the feeling that I'm drinking sake 😅The mellowness is a little far away. When paired with a meal, the harmony with the umami of the rice and the breadth of the flavor is UP⤴️ good to drink in a natural way without being overbearing 😚. I added shrimp oil to my lunch tsukemen, but I wish it was shrimp puree 🙄...

The base of the aroma is the richness of apple and rice sensation! Slightly astringent. It is more refreshing than dry, with a lively stimulation. After the gas settles down, it has a mildly sweet and full-bodied flavor. I'll have it again this year, light beef bone ramen with roast beef and boiled egg! Oh, this again? I know I've given this restaurant so many pictures, but it was the rarest roasted beef I've ever had 🤩.

Light on the palate, with a banana and apple aroma on the nose, and a flavor spread that sometimes reminds one of pears. It has a modern light taste. It has a clear yet full-bodied soft sweetness and richness 😚.

The cute label looked good for New Year's 🤗. The fruity and sweet aroma reminded me of muscat and apple, with the characteristic aroma of wild flowers and grasses hidden in it... It tasted similar to a sake brewed with low-gluten rice. It tastes more like junmai sake, and the bitterness of the aftertaste went well with Matsumaezuke pickles and simmered dishes. For Hatsumode (New Year's visit) ⛩️, we went to Shirasagi-jinja Shrine, which enshrines "Yamatotakeru no Mikoto" who traveled all over Japan to make the country peaceful and prosperous. 🙏🏻 In the precincts of the shrine, we were overwhelmed by a 4m x 8m large ema (votive tablet) that makes wishes come true and a 12.2m bronze sword of peace that is said to cut off bad luck and bring good fortune.

Happy New Year 🎍 everyone ✨ New Year starts with local sake! I heard it won the top prize in the ginjo-shu category at the Kanto Shinetsu 6 prefecture sake competition 🤭The [Shizuku] that Beta Alanin was already drinking was sold out, but I wanted to pick it up just to get a taste of the atmosphere 🤗. It has a soft mouthfeel, and the top aroma reminds me of white peach and pineapple. While you can feel the alu aroma softly, you can also feel a lingering mild bitterness after the moist and transparent sweetness 😌.
