I was looking forward to it because the rice was more polished than the standard of the exhibited sake and the rice was polished to 29%, which was named after the leap day 🤗. Pouring it, it was thick, glossy, rich and gorgeous 🤗. It is full of pineapple, melon, and tropical fruits 🌴. The microbubbles also give it a nice accent with a fine gaseous sensation. The richness of the wine has a hint of malted rice aroma, refreshing acidity, and a slight mineral and salty taste. The luxurious flavor is enchanting, and the cup is being drunk more and more. The next day, the cocoa flavor of low-temperature-aged sake appears.

It's a ginjo aroma with a gentle hint of koji... When you put it in your mouth, it sinks in smoothly from the point of touch and spreads sweetly! The lingering acidity and bitterness quickly fades away... It is a good sake that shows off the quality of the sake brewing process. It sinks in quickly, and you are left with a strange sensation as you continue to drink. I liked it better on the second to third day than on the first day.

The vividness of the royal 🟦 blue is stunning. It's Sentori! The logo is also really cool ❗️ The culmination of old and new manufacturing.... Be careful when opening the bottle or it will spew 💥. The aroma is subdued, but there are faint hints of banana? Pear aroma? It has a light gassy feeling and goes down smoothly, but it is dry! But it also has a hint of strawberry? But it is sweet and sour with a hint of strawberry. There is also a slight grain and rice bran flavor, like that found in Nigori. The low polish gives it a rice flavor...with a lingering bitterness that gives it a greeful feeling. I like the casual enjoyment of bubbly sake.

I got it as a souvenir from Hyogo 🤗. The label explosion warning 🦀🫧. It was scary, but not too much. Yamahai Junmai Sparkling sweet sparkling nigori sake. Pitchy slightly green apple, firm umami, but a slight bran taste behind the koji flavor. The sake is 12 degrees al 12 degrees and the cup goes on and on 😋Thanks for the treat! The next day, it has a koji amazake feeling without a gassy feeling, and this is it!

Your first Narumi (Narumi) CWS, welcome with a nice label🤗. It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apple, muscatel, and lychee. It has a gentle lactic acidity, a silky, slightly cloudy gasiness, a slight peachy sweetness, and a subtle salty and umami flavor. The fruity astringency and acidity, with a clean and crisp aftertaste, made a good impression on us.
