I got it in March at a lottery sale at a liquor store 🤩I'll have it just in time for the Paris Olympics 🤩Ganbare 🇯🇵 Nippon! Matsushita, a male swimmer from Utsunomiya, did 🥈 great job 😭 My first GOLD Sagami............................................................fine gas, strong malty aroma, ripe apricot, sweet and mellow like honey...................................slight bitterness and soft acidity with clean finish ✨Thank you 😚.

I heard that it was brewed by combining two types of yeast in one tank. I found a bottle that was brewed in January and had been sitting for 6 months at a sake store... I was attracted by the label on the back and picked it up 🤗. It has a light tang at the throat. The image of gorgeous fruit on the back label is a bit subdued. It is full-bodied, sweet, rich and mellow 😚.

I'll have it chilled.... It has a pleasantly gaseous and light mouthfeel. Delicious with a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. The next day, the strawberry feeling fades away and the oli blends in nicely, giving it a koji aroma and a moist and gentle taste 🤭.

It's 400CI for "Ganbarou Ishikawa" by Sentori x Sake Lab Tokyo 🤗! Wishing for the recovery and thankful for the delicious sake 😌! It has a fine gasiness, and a pleasant sensation flows from the tongue to the throat...it sinks in like a stream 💕💕Because it's so hot here, I'm going to cool it down and sip it! 😚😚 Banana and melon aroma, clear sweet and sour taste with a hint of milkiness...it's light and makes the drink go faster 🥰It's also nice that it gets a little sweeter as the temperature rises 🥰. The next day, the greefiness goes up: ⤴️ I drank about half of it... it must have been lightly nigori (lightly cloudy).

Loose illustrations are cute 💕 The ginjo aroma reminds me of a light melon, the koji aroma and umami, the fine gas with a slight bubbling is gentle on the tongue, the mellowness of the oli, the light sweet and sourness with a light astringency, it's fresh and juicy 😚. The other day....if you don't ride your bike because it's hot, please ride it because the carburetor clogs up with fuel 😉 I was won over by the fresh smile of the maintenance guy? I tried to ride in the evening... but it was so hot that I felt like I was in a sauna or a rock bath... I gave up after an hour 🥵About what I will do this summer 🥵〰︎

When I popped in and picked it up, it was a product that had been stored for 8 months at a liquor store 🙄 It seemed to be a limited winter sake, and it tasted a little more aged. It had a calm ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and peaches, with a hint of a hint of sweetness like apricots and cotton candy... It was soft on the palate and gently penetrated the palate. The aftertaste was sour...bitter...and faded out lightly 😌.

I found a bottle that had been stored in ice for about a year 🤭 Perlwein on the cap? I looked it up and found that it is a generic term for weakly effervescent wines in Germany. Von with high gas pressure from secondary fermentation in the bottle! 🍾🫨. I can smell the yeasty aroma and whey that is probably derived from German white wine brewing yeast, or perhaps from yeast used as a baking ingredient. It is refreshingly sweet and sour with a hint of pear and apple, lush and full of gas 😚. Late night, gong! Karakarakara... At first, I didn't know what the noise was, so I checked the door with trepidation. It turned out to be the sound of the leftover cork bursting open in the fridge the next day when we were having our evening drink 😳Cowackatta...

It has a glossy, mellow flavor with a rich brown sugar or honey-like sweetness. The rich taste of rice is powerful and mellow. There is a slight bitterness behind the umami. I would like to drink this sake in small sips. The strong peculiar taste of junmai sake and junmai ginjo-shu is subdued and clear, but it has a strong, rich flavor, so I enjoy a small amount to finish off after a meal.

It has been a long time since I visited a small sake store in a shopping street. I was greeted by a poster 🤗It is a sake from a brewery in Ibaraki, not far from Tochigi. It was made in March 🙄 It was probably a spring sake ⁈It had a subtle apple-like ginjo aroma, a calm taste as if it had been laid down at a low temperature for a while, a little apricot? It has a sweetness like cotton candy and umami. It has a light, crisp taste with a moderate acidity derived from the nama-moto (sake brewing process). The bitterness in the aftertaste reminded me of pickled plum seeds in plum wine or plum syrup with soda. Easy to drink at 14 degrees al.

Delicious apple & light pineapple 🤩. A hint of pear. It is smooth and fresh, and the taste sinks in slowly. It is a bit oily, but the first day, pour it slowly so as not to mix up the orioles. It has a light, elegant sweetness and flavor, with a little bit of saltiness and richness at different times...yum! I love this kind of thing 💕! I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen after tomorrow when the oli mixes in. I'm looking forward to it 🤭.

The sake that was pre-released at "CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2024" is finally released🤗I was holding off on drinking it on a hot 〰︎ day 🤭. The sake was brewed with Nikko's Goshinsui (divine water) and delivered as freshly squeezed as possible.......................... It is reasonably priced for a Junmai Daiginjo and the label is cute 😘The first glass on the first day of opening is a strong gassy sensation that hits you right in the throat and makes you gasp in the mouth. The second and third glasses I poured, the bubbles subsided to the level of a Fanta. Soft pineapple-like ginjo aroma? I also detected a hint of melon and muscat. It is not too sweet, and it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it in gulps 😚.

It is a new brand that expresses the beautiful sea of Hirado, Nagasaki with its sake. From Fukuda to Fukkumi...I wanted to try it 🤭. Different sake rice varieties are being sold one after another, but the sake of choice is a fresh, unpasteurized Omachi rice sake. It has a fresh and clear sake quality, a koji aroma, a hint of grape, and a chili gas feeling, with a light but good sweetness and flavor, with minerals and richness...delicious 😚.

This is a spewing drink: ⚠️ Every time I twist the screw a little, it starts to overflow... open... close.... I finally opened the bottle after a few minutes of opening it with my palms turning red 😣. The aroma is subdued, but it has a refreshing apple-like flavor, faintly similar to that of an Olin. Along with the aroma, a subtle sweetness and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth. It is quite sharp for a junmai daiginjo. While savoring the fullness of flavor and moderate sharpness, we enjoyed it with a retort curry we got as a souvenir.

Slightly hoppy aroma. Silky gasiness, slightly pinkish light nigori. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter...a little astringent, then rich in flavor. Juicy fruitiness...lychee-like sweet and sourness and grapefruit-like bitterness are refreshing. The astringent taste, perhaps because it is made from hops, is also impressive. They use a high malic acid producing yeast. The 🍎 on the label is cute 🤭. It has a fruity and juicy taste as if it were biting into an apple, with a hint of umami and green plum. It has a strong acidity, but it was sweet and sour and easy to drink 😚.

Toast Festa with Tochigi Local Sake🤗Extra Edition In the middle of the event! A sake presented by Mr. Ars appeared at our table! I've seen him often at Sake-no-wa, but this is my first time to see him at this timing! Wow, it is full of calm tropical fruitiness and sweetness, as if it has been aged at a low temperature. It is full of richness and umami-kuchi, and it makes me want to drink more. We each had two glasses poured for us, and we enjoyed our meal. I looked up the reason for the great taste and found out that this sake store keeps their fresh sake in a -10℃ ice-cold aging freezer. I would definitely like to visit them again 🚗.
