Everyday life full of gratitude and kindness 😌. The sake has a light and refreshing quality, with an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits...not too sweet like the aroma, but sweet and sour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Delicious 😚. The first trial We went to a neighboring prefecture to buy a certain sake, the first one to arrive! It was tough to bring a folding chair and spend 1.5 hours in the shade 🥶, but I'm glad I got it 🤗. First attempt (2) The smell of tonkotsu (pork bone) wafted even outside the store! I'm sure I'll be in the car and clothes on the way home...I was prepared for that and took on the Yamaoka family challenge \ˆoˆ )/ I wanted something rich and thick...the premium salt tonkotsu was creamy and delicious 😋. The menu at the ticket machine is extensive, and I'm looking forward to going back next time... ♪

It is a limited-edition sake made with edible rice (Hitomebore from Gunma Prefecture) with a 35% rice polishing ratio 🤗. The aroma is reminiscent of melon and pear, and the taste is mellow, thick, sweet, and delicious 😚 The balance between the fine gasiness on the tongue and the slight bitterness of sweet and sour taste makes the aftertaste feel lighter as you drink more 😚. Sake from Kurume ~! We got it as a souvenir🤗 It takes courage to buy it on the shelf of a liquor store while paying attention to the date of manufacture...so I took it in front of me. The date of manufacture is... summer⁈ It has a light, somewhat classical mouthfeel, with a full-bodied flavor and a spicy sharpness. I felt it was a good sake to accompany Japanese food 😌. I told him that I was nervous that they might sell out because I knew they only had two in stock, but he said, "Oh no...it's a maniac genre and they still have some left...". Is that so? I was so excited. I was very nervous, but he said, "No, no, no... it's a very popular genre of sake, so it's still around. The aroma is softly banana, vanilla, and sweet floral. It also has a hint of cork, whey, raisins, and a lingering acidity and umami flavor that hits the throat. I felt some bitterness when it was cold, so I preferred it at room temperature. I think it was around the summer of 2023 when I got it in a lottery at a liquor store, but I cherished it too much to open the bottle... I'll follow Mr. Muro's example and give myself a treat 🤗. The vanilla and sandalwood flavors from the Mizunara oak barrels that characterize the lot are quite impressive. The rich aroma and sweet and sour taste layered with grefr, tangerine, and wood vat feel are exceptional 😌.

Finally, we have welcomed the Sogape of our dreams 🥹Thanks to those who gave us tips through Sake no Wa 😌. A fresh sour aroma rises from the bottle when you twist the screw. When poured into a glass, it has a cute sweet aroma with a hint of a traditional sake yeast yeast. The light, refreshing sweet and sour taste in the mouth has a hint of green, lemon, and a hint of wine yeast...it's so good you won't believe it's sake.... I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the changes in flavor over a few days 🥰.

Tochigi Prefectural Association⛄️Winter Women's Meeting🤗⑩ The master's secret sake, which is aged at minus 10℃ for more than 3 years and shipped after waiting for the right time to drink. It was a very happy time for me to be able to drink so many delicious sake ✨. Thanks to the master and everyone as always 😌. I checked later and it was over 13,000 yen for a bottle 🫢.

I appreciate the local brand of Sugihara Sake Brewery and the fact that local shipping is OK 🤗. It has a glossy sake quality, pineapple and melon aroma, rich koji aroma, and a rich, mellow taste 🤗. The bitterness rushes in to cover the sweetness and fades out slowly. It's sweet and thick and very drinkable 😚. One "service lees" was included in the package, so I melted it into the "white oshiruko" that I had frozen as a souvenir from Lake Toya and enjoyed it 😊Hoka~! It warmed my body from the core! This sake lees has a sweet aroma of pineapple and strawberries, and even the simple amazake was very tasty 😚.

I got it as a souvenir from Miyazaki... I had it quietly sleeping in an extremely cold vegetable room. Manufactured in July 24, 2012 Light on the palate, with a slightly subdued grain aroma. Not too dry, with just the right amount of sweet and sour. I like the rich umami and richness along with the koji aroma 😚. Thanks for the food .

CWS, I was going to buy this kouhashi, but I picked up yamahai by mistake🤗. I was going to buy this one, but I picked up a Yamahai by mistake 🤗 The year of production is November 21, and it seems that it was sold as koshu after being aged for a year, so it must be about 3 years old? I am not sure. It has a firm sweet and sour taste with a subdued aroma reminiscent of banana, quince, and apricot, a graininess, and a flavor that strangely resembles the barrel and cork aromas of Western-style sake 😌. The smooth texture, the sweetness of the rice, the moderate acidity, and the slightly bitter accent make it so delicious that you can drink it as much as you want... There was not much left, so we only just barely had enough for one cup each. It's a pity that there wasn't enough to go around. It has a soft mouthfeel and mild apple aroma. Slightly spicy? Along with the alkali aroma, you can also detect cork and wood aromas. As the label says, it has a "full flavor and good acidity" and a full-bodied flavor. For lunch, we went to a restaurant specializing in stir-fried vegetables.
