Most recently, Hiro and Pon also posted 🤭Excuse me for covering your content 😊. 80% Junmai Ginjo with Yamada Nishiki (59% milling ratio), I was attracted by the expectation of deliciousness and the reasonable price 🤗. (The percentage and flavor changes depending on the season.) It has a smooth, glossy, mellow, and soft texture. The sweet ginjo aroma of koji is accompanied by a fruity and floral aroma that reminds me of melon and pineapple drops. The aftertaste is slowly sweet and bitter, with a lingering full-bodied aftertaste.

I wanted to learn to appreciate the taste of dry sake, so I was attracted by the pop-up that said "Sake brewed with the aim of achieving both a dry taste and a mellow aroma" 🤗. I opened a bottle of this one, which would go well with grilled fish and nabe (hot pot) dishes tonight! The mouthfeel is soft and full of flavor, with a hint of apple. It has a slightly classical aroma! I can't deny the feeling that I'm drinking sake 😅The mellowness is a little far away. When paired with a meal, the harmony with the umami of the rice and the breadth of the flavor is UP⤴️ good to drink in a natural way without being overbearing 😚. I added shrimp oil to my lunch tsukemen, but I wish it was shrimp puree 🙄...

Often I watched as the oli danced like a snow globe... 😌 In no time at all, the automatic stirring was over and it turned a frosted milky white color 😳. The carbonation is quite impressive! The base of the aroma is the richness of apple and rice sensation! Slightly astringent. It is more refreshing than dry, with a lively stimulation. After the gas settles down, it has a mildly sweet and full-bodied flavor. I'll have it again this year, light beef bone ramen with roast beef and boiled egg! Oh, this again? I know I've given this restaurant so many pictures, but it was the rarest roasted beef I've ever had 🤩.

Light on the palate, with a banana and apple aroma on the nose, and a flavor spread that sometimes reminds one of pears. It has a modern light taste. It has a clear yet full-bodied soft sweetness and richness 😚.

The taste is juicy and clear, which is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 65%. It has a soft and refreshing aroma with a hint of grape, pear, or lychee...contrary to the cool label, it has a soft and fresh aroma with a modern feel. The wine has a light and refreshing aroma with a light and pleasant aftertaste of bitter acidity and a slight whey feeling in the concentrated sweetness. The cute label looked good for New Year's 🤗. The fruity and sweet aroma reminded me of muscat and apple, with the characteristic aroma of wild flowers and grasses hidden in it... It tasted similar to a sake brewed with low-gluten rice. It tastes more like junmai sake, and the bitterness of the aftertaste went well with Matsumaezuke pickles and simmered dishes. For Hatsumode (New Year's visit) ⛩️, we went to Shirasagi-jinja Shrine, which enshrines "Yamatotakeru no Mikoto" who traveled all over Japan to make the country peaceful and prosperous. 🙏🏻 In the precincts of the shrine, we were overwhelmed by a 4m x 8m large ema (votive tablet) that makes wishes come true and a 12.2m bronze sword of peace that is said to cut off bad luck and bring good fortune.

I heard it won the top prize in the ginjo-shu category at the Kanto Shinetsu 6 prefecture sake competition 🤭The [Shizuku] that Beta Alanin was already drinking was sold out, but I wanted to pick it up just to get a taste of the atmosphere 🤗. It has a soft mouthfeel, and the top aroma reminds me of white peach and pineapple. While you can feel the alu aroma softly, you can also feel a lingering mild bitterness after the moist and transparent sweetness 😌. The label that says 2024, if you look closely, it was the moon 🤗. The initial aroma is sweet and sour with a mild sweetness reminiscent of peaches and muscats. The active nigori here is very popular 💕I was really looking forward to it 🤭. It has a deliciously sweet taste, with a slight peachiness and peariness on the tongue. When the temperature relaxes, in addition to the flavor of the rice, it becomes thicker and mellower and more delicious. ⤴️ When you add a 🧊 or two and the flavor tightens up, it adds an astringent taste and is also nice and light to drink 😚.

Silky gasiness, clear and light...like a can of chu-hi or 🍓-flavored soothing water, with a gentle throat sensation that is hard to believe it is 13 ℃ alu. The strawberry drop is so similar to the strawberry drop that it reminds me of [Hyakushun Fraise] that I drank before. It feels thinner than that, but the cute sweet and sour taste lingers on the tongue 💕. It was light and refreshing when opened, with a slight hardness, but by the 3rd day, it had blended with the oli at the bottom and ended up with a mildly sweet and tasty mouthfeel 😚. In order to get through the year-end and New Year's holidays in good spirits, I was very enthusiastic with pork soba 🐷It was quite a lot to boil even a small amount, but 640g is indeed unreachable if you boil it up to a large serving 😱Free service!

There's also a slight chili sensation, a sharp sweet and sour taste, a tangy spiciness, and a hint of bitterness. There's a nice freshness on the back end 😚. Lunch is soy sauce wonton noodle soup. The soup is hot and the wontons have a very thin skin! The texture is addictive and delicious 😋.

It is a rich, aromatic, sweet and delicious type of sake. â Rich ginjo aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits with an emphasis on the koji flavor. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. There is also a hint of pineapple on the nose.
