A certain liquor store has sent me a "Geishun 2025 pre-order information 📧" here and there 😅Too early! I haven't even opened the Year of the Dragon blend yet 🤣, so I opened the bottle! It's hot, so it's served cold. I was scared by the color, but it has an atmosphere similar to that of Shaoxing wine? It has a slight zing to it, and a sweet, rich, mature taste reminiscent of tamari soy sauce and caramel. I also like the mellowness at room temperature. It's a very complex flavor, but the lingering aftertaste is light and refreshing, probably due to the acidity 😌.

The delicacy of Junmai Daiginjo is preserved, but the taste has been matured for more than 3 years to add breadth and strength...click here🤗. The taste is softly apricot, with a delayed, softly alty sensation, and the gentle but precise acidity characteristic of the sake yeast... I wonder if this calm taste is "kare"...? I felt something similar to Souhyo's Namahashiroshi series. As the second and third days passed, the alu-feeling became more familiar and mellowed... Thank you for the sake!

The fireworks label is gorgeous✨ This season's Sarasara Junmai has been renewed for the first time in about 10 years with a cooler taste 🤗. It seems to be a summer sake made by adding water to the original 12 degree alcohol level to create a once-hot summer sake with an alcohol content of 11.5 degrees Celsius. They also use white malted rice. It has a subtle aroma, a light rum-like flavor, a hint of muscat, lychee, and mangosteen...a gentle sweet and sour taste that is elegant. When the oli is mixed in, the taste is light and tasty. The low alcohol content makes it easy to soak up, just like a spud. It's a taste that easily soaks in 😚.

A tiny melon symbol on the label. I wonder if the imagined fruit is melon🍈. It was gassy, with a hint of pear and apple, and had a smooth and thick texture. Perhaps it was because I had just eaten a melon, but I couldn't taste the melon... I felt it was more like a dumpling, or a sweet flavor with a strong koji taste. There was a slight saltiness in the mellow flavor.

At the end of May, I had captured it early with the members of the Tochigi Prefectural People's Association, but I refrained from drinking it when it became too hot to handle 🤗. I was surprised at how sour it was because I was looking for something as sweet and sour as honey🍯lemon🍋❗️ On the contrary, if it's this sour, I think I can expect it to relieve fatigue 😉Nante 🤭I liked it when the temperature was cooler and it was sweeter😚.

I heard that it was brewed by combining two types of yeast in one tank. I found a bottle that was brewed in January and had been sitting for 6 months at a sake store... I was attracted by the label on the back and picked it up 🤗. It has a light tang at the throat. The image of gorgeous fruit on the back label is a bit subdued. It is full-bodied, sweet, rich and mellow 😚.

I'll have it chilled.... It has a pleasantly gaseous and light mouthfeel. Delicious with a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. The next day, the strawberry feeling fades away and the oli blends in nicely, giving it a koji aroma and a moist and gentle taste 🤭.

It's 400CI for "Ganbarou Ishikawa" by Sentori x Sake Lab Tokyo 🤗! Wishing for the recovery and thankful for the delicious sake 😌! It has a fine gasiness, and a pleasant sensation flows from the tongue to the throat...it sinks in like a stream 💕💕Because it's so hot here, I'm going to cool it down and sip it! 😚😚 Banana and melon aroma, clear sweet and sour taste with a hint of milkiness...it's light and makes the drink go faster 🥰It's also nice that it gets a little sweeter as the temperature rises 🥰. The next day, the greefiness goes up: ⤴️ I drank about half of it... it must have been lightly nigori (lightly cloudy).

This is a series of animals looking at the moon.  On a night like this, Prickly Ash is also looking up at the moon... Loose illustrations are cute 💕 The ginjo aroma reminds me of a light melon, the koji aroma and umami, the fine gas with a slight bubbling is gentle on the tongue, the mellowness of the oli, the light sweet and sourness with a light astringency, it's fresh and juicy 😚. The other day....if you don't ride your bike because it's hot, please ride it because the carburetor clogs up with fuel 😉 I was won over by the fresh smile of the maintenance guy? I tried to ride in the evening... but it was so hot that I felt like I was in a sauna or a rock bath... I gave up after an hour 🥵About what I will do this summer 🥵〰︎

When I popped in and picked it up, it was a product that had been stored for 8 months at a liquor store 🙄 It seemed to be a limited winter sake, and it tasted a little more aged. It had a calm ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and peaches, with a hint of a hint of sweetness like apricots and cotton candy... It was soft on the palate and gently penetrated the palate. The aftertaste was sour...bitter...and faded out lightly 😌.

I found a bottle that had been stored in ice for about a year 🤭 Perlwein on the cap? I looked it up and found that it is a generic term for weakly effervescent wines in Germany. Von with high gas pressure from secondary fermentation in the bottle! 🍾🫨. I can smell the yeasty aroma and whey that is probably derived from German white wine brewing yeast, or perhaps from yeast used as a baking ingredient. It is refreshingly sweet and sour with a hint of pear and apple, lush and full of gas 😚. Late night, gong! Karakarakara... At first, I didn't know what the noise was, so I checked the door with trepidation. It turned out to be the sound of the leftover cork bursting open in the fridge the next day when we were having our evening drink 😳Cowackatta...

It has a glossy, mellow flavor with a rich brown sugar or honey-like sweetness. The rich taste of rice is powerful and mellow. There is a slight bitterness behind the umami. I would like to drink this sake in small sips. The strong peculiar taste of junmai sake and junmai ginjo-shu is subdued and clear, but it has a strong, rich flavor, so I enjoy a small amount to finish off after a meal.

It has been a long time since I visited a small sake store in a shopping street. I was greeted by a poster 🤗It is a sake from a brewery in Ibaraki, not far from Tochigi. It was made in March 🙄 It was probably a spring sake ⁈It had a subtle apple-like ginjo aroma, a calm taste as if it had been laid down at a low temperature for a while, a little apricot? It has a sweetness like cotton candy and umami. It has a light, crisp taste with a moderate acidity derived from the nama-moto (sake brewing process). The bitterness in the aftertaste reminded me of pickled plum seeds in plum wine or plum syrup with soda. Easy to drink at 14 degrees al.

Hi Jive 🐥. I was wondering if I could pop over to Yoshikawa Sake Shop 🚙10 minutes away but due to the extreme heat 🥵.... I think they sell it online (BASE) and if you spend over 5500 yen, shipping is included? I also bought Takeyoshi Shuzo and Natsu-sanran 😉.

Delicious apple & light pineapple 🤩. A hint of pear. It is smooth and fresh, and the taste sinks in slowly. It is a bit oily, but the first day, pour it slowly so as not to mix up the orioles. It has a light, elegant sweetness and flavor, with a little bit of saltiness and richness at different times...yum! I love this kind of thing 💕! I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen after tomorrow when the oli mixes in. I'm looking forward to it 🤭.
