The aroma is clear and fresh with an elegant sweet and sour flavor reminiscent of white grapes and citrus fruits. It also has a slight greenness and freshness of grass and flowers.
I felt it changed quickly after opening the bottle, so it would be best to drink it up as soon as possible without leaving the bottle open for a day...

The more you drink, the more the sweeter the malted rice aroma and cocoa flavor spread, and the acidity accentuates the rich flavor, similar to that of bitter chocolate mixed with orange peel.

The rice used for this sake is Celebration and Kyo no Shinei 🤔Acid seems to be the key to matured sake. I was impatient to open it even though it was vintage specs, but it was a delicious sake with a mellow aroma and strong umami 🤭If you have a chance, please visit 💁🏻

Al 19 degrees. Mellow mouthfeel, a rich sweetness reminiscent of nectar candy, and a depth of aroma and flavor similar to the savory taste of tamari soy sauce 😌.
Slightly wet and smooth on the tongue.
Hints of banana and melon. The calm banana aroma lingering in the nostrils is also nice.
It was a delicious sake with moderate sweetness, full flavor, and a slightly dry aftertaste that was tightened by a sharp acidity 😚.
It has a sweet-tart flavor with a dumpling feel, a light oli like rice flour, and a lactic acid beverage-like flavor with a slight alcohol taste...but it's not the same as the sweet and sour taste of Sanuki Kuraudai.
It is classified as a liqueur due to the addition of sugar. It was a bit sweet, so I drank it lightly on the rocks 😚.
