The second bottle was selected while looking at the owner's handwritten sake guide🤗The only sake brewery on the west coast of Aomori Prefecture, or so we were told!
It has a soft aroma reminiscent of bananas and apples, with a rich rice flavor and umami. It is quite mellow, but has a high acidity level and a nice crisp aftertaste 😚.
Serve with Hoya no Shiokara (salted sea squirt)

When opened, there is a fine gas feeling. It has a soft koji aroma, a sweet umami taste of rice like coarse rice, and a slightly acidic aftertaste that spreads to a calm taste 😌.
I didn't find the fresh lychee as described on the label, but as I got used to it, I found it to be a flavorful and delicious sake that reminded me of ripe apples and melons 😚.
Only those who know what they're talking about will understand, but I put a cutout of the Yatagarasu label on my helmet 🤭.

The Junmai Daiginjo served at NOBU, a Japanese restaurant with outlets in major cities around the world, was on the supermarket's sake shelf ⁈🙄 I bought a 500ml bottle.
I found it to have a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of soft melon, a fresh and clean, light and refreshing mouthfeel, a crisp finish with fruity astringency and acidity, and a refined taste of medium dryness 😚.

The 620 yeast, derived from the No. 6 yeast, is a yeast that exists only at the Laughing Four Seasons Brewery.
After a major improvement, the grape-like taste was increased. ⤴️ and here, in addition to the grape-like taste, it seems to be strawberry-like... a lustrous and fresh modern sake.
I like the sweet and sour taste, and the sharpness of the acidity gives it more fruitiness...🙂 I'm also interested in the peach.

The ginjo aroma is shiny, sweet and gorgeous, reminiscent of ripe melon and pears.
Kurokabuto's black malted rice brewing was also cute, but it is more rounded and a little more voluminous than Kurokabuto. The aftertaste is slightly sweet and bitter, with a lingering aftertaste that gently fades away.
It is a taste that can be enjoyed on its own.

The sourness and sweetness are emphasized 🍓It has a cute taste that reminds me of strawberry drop 🍓 It is delicious with a clean aftertaste 😚 It was also served to the master and customers and we all enjoyed its deliciousness together 😊.
The cake in the photo, a local sake cake (sake financier) with Shinshu Kamerei Junmai-shu, was also a gift from Dora-san for the girls' party. I've never had such a juicy financier before, it's so moist, elegant and delicious!
