The sake that was pre-released at "CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2024" is finally released🤗I was holding off on drinking it on a hot 〰︎ day 🤭. The sake was brewed with Nikko's Goshinsui (divine water) and delivered as freshly squeezed as possible.......................... It is reasonably priced for a Junmai Daiginjo and the label is cute 😘The first glass on the first day of opening is a strong gassy sensation that hits you right in the throat and makes you gasp in the mouth. The second and third glasses I poured, the bubbles subsided to the level of a Fanta. Soft pineapple-like ginjo aroma? I also detected a hint of melon and muscat. It is not too sweet, and it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it in gulps 😚.

It is a new brand that expresses the beautiful sea of Hirado, Nagasaki with its sake. From Fukuda to Fukkumi...I wanted to try it 🤭. Different sake rice varieties are being sold one after another, but the sake of choice is a fresh, unpasteurized Omachi rice sake. This is a spewing drink: ⚠️ Every time I twist the screw a little, it starts to overflow... open... close.... I finally opened the bottle after a few minutes of opening it with my palms turning red 😣. The aroma is subdued, but it has a refreshing apple-like flavor, faintly similar to that of an Olin. Along with the aroma, a subtle sweetness and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth. It is quite sharp for a junmai daiginjo. While savoring the fullness of flavor and moderate sharpness, we enjoyed it with a retort curry we got as a souvenir.

Toast Festa with Tochigi Local Sake🤗Extra Edition In the middle of the event! A sake presented by Mr. Ars appeared at our table! I've seen him often at Sake-no-wa, but this is my first time to see him at this timing! Wow, it is full of calm tropical fruitiness and sweetness, as if it has been aged at a low temperature. It is full of richness and umami-kuchi, and it makes me want to drink more. We each had two glasses poured for us, and we enjoyed our meal. I looked up the reason for the great taste and found out that this sake store keeps their fresh sake in a -10℃ ice-cold aging freezer. I would definitely like to visit them again 🚗.

It is a special junmai sake made with Nagori Yuki, a type of Uruchi rice suited to Niigata Prefecture's climate, which was revived over a period of about four years and used as the base rice. Every time the bottle is opened, it makes a lively opening sound! The sound of the bottle being opened is very energetic! The aroma is sweet and gorgeous. A faint mushroom-like koji aroma is a little peculiar. The nose has a slight mushroom-like malt aroma, which I thought was a bit peculiar, but it also has a cocoa and cherry-like aroma, which is typical of low-temperature-aged sake. Even after a couple of days, there is still a sense of fine gas. As the temperature rose, I could taste the concentrated sweet and juicy flavor 😋. Beef bone ramen that I want to eat regularly: ❗️ On this day, we had the limited quantity fresh ginger arrangement on the menu. I'm of the school of drinking all the way through the soup 🤣.
