It is quite effervescent! It's sparkling with fine bubbles 🫧It's soft and light on the palate with a soft pear aroma. I thought it tasted a bit thin, but it has a clear taste reminiscent of limpid water 😌. It is said to be dry, but there is a hint of sweetness, so you can enjoy it without any aftertaste 😌.

It is said to be a junmai sake brewed with Ibaraki Prefecture's food rice Fukumaru and flower yeast🤗I love the name that seems to bring in good fortune... It has a chili-like taste. It has a plump, sweet, umami taste with a hint of grain, a moderate acidity, and as you drink it, the umami bitterness gradually spreads, reminding me of slightly fruity bitter chocolate.

The gas pressure is so high that it's like a dance of the cucumbers! Automatic stirring from 😳It's not just slightly carbonated, it's highly carbonated! I can feel the cooked rice, dumpling-like flavor, lively stimulation, and rich koji flavor. I wonder if the gas weakens rather quickly. After the gas has gone out, it becomes a handsome, sweet and tasty drink, and I put the whole bottle in the freezer after drinking about half of it 🧊I can't get enough of the chilly and smooth texture of mizoreshu 😋It's also good to drink this way on a hot day.

Burakuri 🏍️ first visit! Here is a bottle on the shelf in the liquor store. I was worried that I couldn't find the date of manufacture due to the strange code notation, but I wanted to try it, so I welcomed it!
