I wonder why tiger eye 🙄. I looked up the stone language and found that it is a lucky stone that gives insight and decisiveness...perfect for my indecisiveness 🤭I hope something good happens to me! By the way, I once found a tiger eye at a treasure hunt at the Oya mining site (for a fee, the staff scatters colored stones 😅I was digging mindlessly...) ❗️ The aroma is soft and calm, reminiscent of bananas and ripe apples, with a hint of sweetness and richness of rice. The finish has a subtle hint of Western-style sake. It is a dry sake with a wonderful pull. Niboshi Chinese Soba for lunch You can choose the thickness of the niboshi broth.

The cork almost popped 🫧I think I prefer this one as it tastes sweeter and more umami than the white malted rice one I got at the same time 😚. Lunch was at a 45-year-old pure handmade ramen restaurant run by an uncle and grandmother. 👨🏻‍🍳🧓🏻 It is simple (small amount of chashu pork😑), but it has a gentle, refreshing taste like nyu-men noodles 😌. The restaurant was as lively as a sports bar with the World Series on the screen 🤭.

It has a moderate sweetness and a good acidity. The deliciousness of this wine will make you want to drink more and more. T.KISO had Tenichi + Akanko 1 Spicy🌶️ which I was afraid of the spiciness and was served it on a separate plate to challenge myself 🍜Pop in the store [1 delicious spicy 2 spicy ❗️3 oh no...]. The dragon was crying [akaan❗️] and blowing fire 🔥The broth was so thick I couldn't stand it. I was so sweaty and enjoyed the delicious spiciness 😋.

Looking around the sake store, I found here in the corner: ❗️ It is a small sake brewery on Sado Island. It has a soft, calm and fruity taste, with a strong sweetness of rice and koji aroma. Here, we had takoyaki as a side dish. The chemistry...hmmm...perhaps it is because the acidity is moderate, but when the temperature is lowered, it becomes a bit limp. When warmed up, it has a rich and umami taste as if you were eating fine sake lees. ⤴️ It goes well with sashimi. Thank you very much for your kind attention.

It is a special junmai sake brewed with "Jinriki" rice, a revived rice from the Meiji era🤗. It has a modest milky aroma, a smooth and soft mouthfeel, a hint of white grapes and freshly picked apples, and a sweet freshness that spreads. The sharp acidity is impressive, and the aftertaste is light and refreshing with a slight bitterness. It is also good to taste the plump sweetness when heated.

Wishing you a speedy recovery 😌. Slightly sweet standing aroma with a chilli and silky gasiness, is it koji aroma? Mushroom, The airiness of a damp forest. The first time I opened it, I could feel the complexity, but after a few days of drinking, I could feel the gentle bitterness of greef-like flavor, and in the latter half of the bottle, I could feel the cherry and banana-like flavor. The second half has a sweet and sour taste like cherries and bananas. It was interesting. I am thankful that I can drink it well.

Omachi Trilogy Series 🤗1st in the series! The unique smoothness in the mouth with a hint of a chilliness, a hint of yellow peach & banana fruit yogurt-like whey, astringency, and a gentle sweetness with a firm acidity that stimulates the tongue. The volume of richness and flavor slowly fades out😚 I agree with the description that it is a multi-layered flavor.

The dry finish brings a cohesive flavor. At Jay and Nobby's family's favorite fresh fish store 🚙. We got the [squid toro maki] we were looking for at Ras 1! The sticky, melt-in-your-mouth goodness is irresistible 🤤. The other dish is [Mizudako].

The glossy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It has a soft honey feeling, and a sweetness and richness similar to that of the candy apples you buy at festival stalls. I'm on a high pace with the deliciousness of ice cold raw sake 😋. The mark on the cap...looks like a peacock or a petal, but it's the [Roku] of Rokka Shuzo!

Like the "New Junmai Sake" released in 2022 to commemorate the 150th anniversary, which is now a standardized product as a new al 13° product 🤗. It is a light dry finish with no residual sugar or sweet-sourness due to its raw yeast brewing. The aroma is calm and slightly reminiscent of quince. Firm acidity characteristic of the sake's namahashime with a hint of fullness. The flavor was so delicate that it was almost light. The taste is so delicate that you may feel it is too thin.

This is a 11 degree Al brewed with German white wine brewing yeast. I found it lying at -5°C for 8 months after production and popped it 🤗. It's as bubbly and refreshing as Fanta! It has a sweet and sour taste similar to white wine, with a hint of pear and grenfre, and a hint of raw rice and malted rice. Although the method of production was different, it also seemed to have an earthy flavor 🤭. The pleasant taste makes you want to drink more and more!

This series pursues a flavor reminiscent of fruit. The gasiness is softer than expected, and the sweet and sour taste spreads out. The aroma reminds me more of koji amazake than grapes. As the gas is released in the latter half of the bottle, it tastes sweeter, so we added a little ice to it 😚. Chicken noodle soup with thick chicken white soup that I had for lunch.
