There were two bottles of active sake on sale side by side and I was hesitant to try this one because I had never had it before 🤗. The gas was not so much that it was gassy, but rather a gentle chili shuwa...a little tropical fruitiness, just the right amount of sweetness, and a slightly crisp aftertaste 😉. Lunch was cold cappellini at Joli Fat! The noodles were cold and crispy and delicious😍They were too salty, but that was just a fluke and after a while I got really thirsty 😑.

Soft on the palate. The zarame-like, rich sweetness and umami flavor softly spread in the mouth 😌 Nutritious.... It was a delicious sake with a good sharpness of bitterness and acidity.

The aroma is unique. I felt that there was something chemical like perm solution or hair dye used in beauty salons mixed in with the aroma and taste. I can't stop thinking about my neighborhood hair salon from the beginning to the end 😂If you can separate that from the flavor, it has a herbal green vegetal taste and a fresh bitter sour taste similar to white grapefruit. The gassiness is nice and lively, and although it weakens a bit in the second half, I was able to enjoy it all the way through to the end. As the alcohol and gas gradually evaporated and weakened, the unique aroma faded, so I wonder if it would have been better to leave the lid open for a bit when storing it 🤔.

Hi Hiro, good evening 🐥. If it's an ingredient used in beauty salons, is it close to sulfide smell? I wonder how it would have been 🫩 if you tried to warm it up or shake it... force the gas and aroma 😅 for sure! It might have canceled it out and you could have simply tasted the fresh deliciousness 😂.

At a dinner with relatives 🤗 The attendees said it tasted like a Japanese sake 😓. Maybe the color of the bottle is pulling it away, but it had a slight whey feeling, a slightly subdued flavor, and a light, rich, and cool feeling 😌.

Brought it to a dinner party with relatives gathered for the Obon vacation 🤗. The koji aroma is rich and sweet with a drop of melon-like flavor. It was a delicious sake with a refreshing aftertaste due to the acidity characteristic of white malted rice 😉.

Sparkling craft SAKE was found in the chu-hi corner 💡. It is made by Takara Shuzo in Kyoto. CLASSIC BUBBLES with a squeeze of yuzu juice (11% al.). The strong carbonation is refreshing and sweeps away the summer heat🌊🫧🌊🫧The natural bitterness and astringent accent peculiar to yuzu was also a nice touch♪ The third one, daily special soba lunch with three kinds of small bowls of cooked food

I found this handsome bottle on a local liquor store's e-commerce site. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish the bottle, but after a few days of thinking about it, I decided to pick it up 🤗. Every time I open the bottle, the residual gas pushes up the stopper and the low sound is heard 😑! Even on the third day, microbubbles adhered to the glass and made it pizzle 🫧. Rich koji aroma and sweet aroma reminiscent of cherry drop 🤧 It took me 5 days to finish it, but it was a delicious sake with the richness and chili of the original sake, even though it is 13 degrees C. 👍🏻 The third one, isn't it thicker than disposable chopsticks? The noodles were hand-rubbed to make them extra-thick and very satisfying 😋.

The proprietress of the sake store recommended us to try the dry sake 🤗I hope you find a sake that suits your palate 👵🏻 and the polite service from start to finish 😊. Maybe it's the heat, maybe it's my changing taste buds... I can now drink fruity dry sake with pleasure 🥹. I'm getting a hint of whey, but also pear and banana aroma? Some minerality gives it a light, crisp, hard impression. Oh my, elegant 😚 The entry is sweet and full-bodied and juicy 😚 The back palate is crisp and refreshing with a sharp acidity 😚. The third one, I wonder if the disposable chopsticks won't fall over. The pork bone was thicker than it looked 🫩.

It has a smooth mouthfeel with a mellow aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit and koji aroma. Although it is a sweet-umami type, it also has a juicy taste similar to the sourness and bitterness of citrus fruits, and the aftertaste is rather refreshing even though it is very drinkable.

Mixed fermentation of #1 and #2 yeast. It is stated that after May 1, it may become a very maniacal SAKE, and we will have it after 3 months 🤗. The woody aroma is softly wafting in the air. It has a sweet aroma that slightly resembles raisins and caramel, a full-bodied flavor, a high acidity sweet and sour, and a soft bitter aftertaste in the second half 😌.

Tochigi Prefectural Association Summer Banquet 🍉 After Party We entered the restaurant hoping to have a few more drinks... but it was the last order at closing time ⁈🍶The whole place was expensive and we were almost sobering up🙄. The sweetness was delicious 🥰The mellow yet moderate acidity was nice, and the sweetness didn't drag on 🥰. I was so happy to be able to share the sake with everyone 😚. The second one, I've never had it before... but isn't it a bottle of Kuroryu Hiiraju? Nice atmosphere, drunkenness and good water 😆.

Tochigi Prefectural Association Summer Party 🍉. Souvenirs from Mr. Sashiu🤗 I tried to chew it with a straw but couldn't perceive the aroma, so I transferred it to a glass. It was slightly sweet, mild, and easy to drink! Toast the frozen heaven in the toaster to crisp up the surface. It was a chunky pastry made of mugwort rice cake deep-fried in doughnut dough 😋. Thank you, Sashiu-san, for your always ingenious souvenir items. Thank you for the food😊.
