Summer Banquet 🍉⑫ Tochigi Prefectural Citizens' Association Mr. Sashu came to the party after he finished his work 🚄When everyone was here, we opened the bottle of this beer 🎉. It has a cute, juicy flavor that softly reminds us of pears and bananas. Silky chili with a hint of sweetness and richness with a hint of whey and just the right amount of bitter acidity for a clean finish. Delicious 😘.

Slightly wet and smooth on the tongue. Hints of banana and melon. The calm banana aroma lingering in the nostrils is also nice. It was a delicious sake with moderate sweetness, full flavor, and a slightly dry aftertaste that was tightened by a sharp acidity 😚.

It has a sweet-tart flavor with a dumpling feel, a light oli like rice flour, and a lactic acid beverage-like flavor with a slight alcohol taste...but it's not the same as the sweet and sour taste of Sanuki Kuraudai. It is classified as a liqueur due to the addition of sugar. It was a bit sweet, so I drank it lightly on the rocks 😚.

The brewery brewed it with red yeast to make it a "Japanese Champagne. Lightly cloudy, slightly pink 🩷. It has a refreshing feeling of fresh gas from the secondary fermentation in the bottle, a slight peariness, and a cute bitter sweet and sour taste, like eating pink grapefruit with sugar on it 🥰.

Attracted by the cool label 👀. I welcomed it expecting a cider or rumney-like flavor, but it wasn't quite that... It's low alcohol, but it's got a strong ricey aroma and a somewhat classical flavor 😌. I drank it well chilled, but I felt like I was drinking sake 🤭...sometimes I like this kind of sake too!

The aroma gives a sweet whey taste. Smooth on the tongue, with a very slight chilli... Somewhat like Sairai or Raifuku... The finish is mildly sour and bitter. I'm curious to try the other Okuroku! Cold cappellini at Jollipa for lunch! I can't get enough of the cool texture and the texture of the noodles 🤤.
