I appreciate the local brand of Sugihara Sake Brewery and the fact that local shipping is OK 🤗. It has a glossy sake quality, pineapple and melon aroma, rich koji aroma, and a rich, mellow taste 🤗. The bitterness rushes in to cover the sweetness and fades out slowly. It's sweet and thick and very drinkable 😚. One "service lees" was included in the package, so I melted it into the "white oshiruko" that I had frozen as a souvenir from Lake Toya and enjoyed it 😊Hoka~! It warmed my body from the core! This sake lees has a sweet aroma of pineapple and strawberries, and even the simple amazake was very tasty 😚.

I got it as a souvenir from Miyazaki... I had it quietly sleeping in an extremely cold vegetable room. Manufactured in July 24, 2012 Light on the palate, with a slightly subdued grain aroma. Not too dry, with just the right amount of sweet and sour. I like the rich umami and richness along with the koji aroma 😚. Thanks for the food .

CWS, I was going to buy this kouhashi, but I picked up yamahai by mistake🤗. I was going to buy this one, but I picked up a Yamahai by mistake 🤗 The year of production is November 21, and it seems that it was sold as koshu after being aged for a year, so it must be about 3 years old? I am not sure. It has a firm sweet and sour taste with a subdued aroma reminiscent of banana, quince, and apricot, a graininess, and a flavor that strangely resembles the barrel and cork aromas of Western-style sake 😌. The aroma is slightly reminiscent of melon and cherry drops 🙂 The finish is mellow, but seems to be balanced by the acidity. When you mix in the ori, it has a milky rice flavor reminiscent of white rice dumplings and a lingering umami taste on the tongue that is also nice 😚.

I welcomed it because I was curious about its "broad flavor and lively taste" as the label says 🤗. It is sweet and dark with a slight melon drop. It is rich and mellow 🤤 with a rich koji aroma and a slightly bitter acidity that spreads slowly on the tongue. The effect of the 17% alu may be the chili on the tip of the tongue afterwards, and after the whole tongue is numbed, the umami like soup stock wraps around the tongue 😚. The next day, more mellow and umami ⤴️ Lunch was at the local Takezue. Chicken and scallop light (soy sauce) special. Very satisfied with the delicate yet aggressive taste. ⤴️

Fuji as seen from Lake Suwa? The retro label is wonderful ✨. It is introduced as junmai dry, but sip to explore how dry it is! Soft but clear on the palate, with a fresh aroma reminiscent of white grapes and pears. The slight sweetness is followed by a soft alu aroma that escapes from the nostrils as it passes down the throat, and is then rounded off with a crisp finish of acidity and bitterness. A delicious sake with a freshly squeezed freshness....good... 😚.

A special honjozo brewed with 59% polished Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture. The dazzle of the Nama-Shu seal welcomes you 🤗. It has a fruity freshness that is hard to believe it is a honjozo! The gentle aroma, similar to that of melon, the spread of sweetness and umami of the rice, and the balanced taste with a good alkalinity and lightness make it a great mid-meal sake 😉. Lunch was Iekei 🍜 with super thick soup!

Dear Kotori. Genmai is a brewery that can make all of its sake raw by omitting the hi-ire process. Honjozo and ginjo can also be made that way. We have also served daiginjo.
