When opened, there is a fine gas feeling. It has a soft koji aroma, a sweet umami taste of rice like coarse rice, and a slightly acidic aftertaste that spreads to a calm taste 😌. I didn't find the fresh lychee as described on the label, but as I got used to it, I found it to be a flavorful and delicious sake that reminded me of ripe apples and melons 😚. I put a cutout of the Yatagarasu label on my helmet🤭.

Pick up at a supermarket we found on a side trip🤗Chapter 2 The Junmai Daiginjo served at NOBU, a Japanese restaurant with outlets in major cities around the world, was on the supermarket's sake shelf ⁈🙄 I bought a 500ml bottle. I found it to have a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of soft melon, a fresh and clean, light and refreshing mouthfeel, a crisp finish with fruity astringency and acidity, and a refined taste of medium dryness 😚.

Picked you up at the supermarket I found on a side trip🤗I wonder if I would have found Episodes I and II if I had come more often 😩Zanneen Hoping to get IV in after this... The fruity aroma is softly reminiscent of banana and melon, with a floral overtone in the sweet aroma. Lightly medium-bodied with just the right amount of sweetness. The rich aroma of grain flavor and richness spreads, and the gentle chirichiri-ness and lightness of the acidity also make the cup go further 😚.

The 620 yeast, derived from the No. 6 yeast, is a yeast that exists only at the Laughing Four Seasons Brewery. After a major improvement, the grape-like taste was increased. ⤴️ and here, in addition to the grape-like taste, it seems to be strawberry-like... a lustrous and fresh modern sake. Souvenirs of Saga 🤗Chapter 1 The top aroma is like red miso or buckwheat flower honey, the type I haven't tasted lately. 〰︎ As the temperature loosens up, it has a fruity bitter chocolate flavor with a strong acidity 😚 I thought I remembered smelling that aroma of BASE BREAD chocolate somewhere 😚 It seems to be a slightly classical rich dry type, but it had an interesting flavor........ Souvenirs of Fukuoka🤗No.2 The ginjo aroma is shiny, sweet and gorgeous, reminiscent of ripe melon and pears. Kurokabuto's black malted rice brewing was also cute, but it is more rounded and a little more voluminous than Kurokabuto. The aftertaste is slightly sweet and bitter, with a lingering aftertaste that gently fades away. It is a taste that can be enjoyed on its own. Thank you for the drink!

Aroma is modest, but honey apple and milk-based richness. The aroma is clean and gentle, with occasional hints of Western liquor. Sweet and tasty with moderate acidity. Spicy and dry aftertaste. PS : On the first day, I felt a mineral-like powdery taste and wrote "chalk" or something, but did I feel a kind of umami? Gradually it became less of an issue, and by the third day, the full-bodied flavor had increased and there was a unique deliciousness!

Spring Girls' Gathering🌸 Part 4 Tsubu-chan brought a bottle of sake✨ I heard that I'll bring a bottle of ♡ but...I never thought it would be an 射美! It's been 6 years since I've had a bottle? I'm so happy 🥹 that it's the first pink label brewed in 6 years! The sourness and sweetness are emphasized 🍓It has a cute taste that reminds me of strawberry drop 🍓 It is delicious with a clean aftertaste 😚 It was also served to the master and customers and we all enjoyed its deliciousness together 😊. The cake in the photo, a local sake cake (sake financier) with Shinshu Kamerei Junmai-shu, was also a gift from Dora-san for the girls' party. I've never had such a juicy financier before, it's so moist, elegant and delicious! Thank you, Tsubu-chan & Dora-san, for your thoughtfulness 🥹Thank you for the food!
