The sake that got me hooked on sake😌. I was thinking back to that time 🥺 and thinking how wonderful it is that there is a sake with a fruity taste 🥺... I knew it had already passed, so I picked it up 🤗. This time, I was a little bit concerned about the graininess mixed with the plastickiness. I could taste the full-bodied acidity characteristic of sake yeast while the activity was weak. The third one, Ajitama kelp water tsukemen (soy sauce)

It has a calm sweet umami flavor with a hint of coarse grain and grain aroma, and although it is a honjozo sake, it has a nice spread of a slight chili flavor that is found in nama sake. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste with a hint of woody aroma, and a rather strong acidity that hits the tongue and the back of the throat. It was a slightly spicy, rich and delicious sake that made me want to drink more 😙. The third one is thick Niboshi Soba! I was curious about the saltiness of the dish, assuming that I would be able to add a topping of niboshi or a double topping.

Souvenir of Sapporo 🤗 Smooth and silky chili, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apple and pear. I like the crisp aftertaste with just the right amount of sweet and bitter 😉. Amidst the lineup of fall sake, I looked towards the end and saw Kuyou Masamune's Summer Nama ⁈Mekke⁈ 👀! I was so excited that I picked up a bottle of Kuyomasa Sake, believing that it would last 4 months at 0℃ in the liquor store's fridge 🤗. The slightly plum-like aroma is probably an aged aroma. The silky chili taste on the tongue, the rich sweetness, and the citrus acidity that hits the throat.... It was a deeply flavored sake that I would definitely like to taste the fresh version 😌.

Very strong carbonation! 😳 It was a delicious sake with a light fruity pear taste...dry and refreshing 😉. It's hard to tell from the picture and not so much when mixed, but I think I may have never seen a sand beige-ish oli color like a tropical sandy beach before 🙄.

It is said that the owner of the store has been brewing this sake since 2021 at Houraisen Sake Labo in Shiranai, a roadside station. At the time of our visit, there were about 8 bottles on display in the refrigerator. How does it taste after being matured in a low-temperature refrigerator? It's hard to describe 🤔, it's a light, refreshing koji amazake with a dumpling powder-like taste and a unique flavor hidden in it. The aftertaste was a calm taste with a medium mouthfeel reminiscent of greefre from bitter chocolate with flavors of cocoa and citrus 😌.

It was a fire-brewed one, just in time for the season. The aroma was mild, somewhere between modern and classic, and the taste was calm with a hint of apple 😌 It was not flashy, but the richness was just right for drinking slowly with a meal.

There were two bottles of active sake on sale side by side and I was hesitant to try this one because I had never had it before 🤗. The gas was not so much that it was gassy, but rather a gentle chili shuwa...a little tropical fruitiness, just the right amount of sweetness, and a slightly crisp aftertaste 😉. Lunch was cold cappellini at Joli Fat! The noodles were cold and crispy and delicious😍They were too salty, but that was just a fluke and after a while I got really thirsty 😑.
