Souvenir of Fukushima Sake 🤗 I'm doubly happy because it's something I've always wanted to try! The aroma is softly reminiscent of apples and bananas. The label on the back says it has a crisp, clear flavor, and that's exactly what it is! Fresh and juicy with a light sweet and tasty mouthfeel with just the right amount of alcohol, followed by a sharp kick of bitterness and acidity. Thank you very much for the food 😌.

I was thrilled to discover a cozy sake store in a residential area that looked like a renovated warehouse 🚙 and entered the store to meet my first sake. The overall aroma is a bit more subdued than that of Kame-no-o 😌, but it too is elegant, with tropical fruits and plums... 😌. The aroma is beautiful. Beef bone ramen with two kinds of beef and pork chashu pork. The soup is thicker than tsukemen soup or even thicker than tsukemen soup 😋.

We ordered a combination of multi-water-curling noodles and chicken white soup. The noodles are thin and firm for a curly noodle. The soup is rich but elegant, and the low-temperature-cooked chashu pork is soft and delicious.

One day in February, I came to Tokyo just to buy this 🗼. I got the Magnum 🤗. The taste is clear and transparent. It is somewhat botanical....refreshing and crisp acidity that you wouldn't expect from a Japanese sake, with a delicious flavor and a fruity honey-like sweetness that gently overlaps. You will be enraptured by its deliciousness. Ramen: Chicken Light Chinese Soba Noodle (Shio) The shining chicken oil ✨light and rich soup with thin and resilient noodles... it was so good that I drank up the soup 😋.

Everyday life full of gratitude and kindness 😌. The sake has a light and refreshing quality, with an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits...not too sweet like the aroma, but sweet and sour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Delicious 😚. The first trial We went to a neighboring prefecture to buy a certain sake, the first one to arrive! It was tough to bring a folding chair and spend 1.5 hours in the shade 🥶, but I'm glad I got it 🤗. First attempt (2) The smell of tonkotsu (pork bone) wafted even outside the store! I'm sure I'll be in the car and clothes on the way home...I was prepared for that and took on the Yamaoka family challenge \ˆoˆ )/ I wanted something rich and thick...the premium salt tonkotsu was creamy and delicious 😋. The menu at the ticket machine is extensive, and I'm looking forward to going back next time... ♪

I was so excited. I was very nervous, but he said, "No, no, no... it's a very popular genre of sake, so it's still around. The aroma is softly banana, vanilla, and sweet floral. It also has a hint of cork, whey, raisins, and a lingering acidity and umami flavor that hits the throat. I felt some bitterness when it was cold, so I preferred it at room temperature. I think it was around the summer of 2023 when I got it in a lottery at a liquor store, but I cherished it too much to open the bottle... I'll follow Mr. Muro's example and give myself a treat 🤗. The vanilla and sandalwood flavors from the Mizunara oak barrels that characterize the lot are quite impressive. The rich aroma and sweet and sour taste layered with grefr, tangerine, and wood vat feel are exceptional 😌.

Finally, we have welcomed the Sogape of our dreams 🥹Thanks to those who gave us tips through Sake no Wa 😌. A fresh sour aroma rises from the bottle when you twist the screw. When poured into a glass, it has a cute sweet aroma with a hint of a traditional sake yeast yeast. The light, refreshing sweet and sour taste in the mouth has a hint of green, lemon, and a hint of wine yeast...it's so good you won't believe it's sake.... I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the changes in flavor over a few days 🥰.
