The sake that got me hooked on sake😌.
I was thinking back to that time 🥺 and thinking how wonderful it is that there is a sake with a fruity taste 🥺... I knew it had already passed, so I picked it up 🤗.
This time, I was a little bit concerned about the graininess mixed with the plastickiness. I could taste the full-bodied acidity characteristic of sake yeast while the activity was weak.
