This is a 11 degree Al brewed with German white wine brewing yeast. I found it lying at -5°C for 8 months after production and popped it 🤗.
It's as bubbly and refreshing as Fanta! It has a sweet and sour taste similar to white wine, with a hint of pear and grenfre, and a hint of raw rice and malted rice.
Although the method of production was different, it also seemed to have an earthy flavor 🤭.
