I bought Uguisu because I have been wanting to drink it for a while.
I was excited because it was a Junmai Daiginjo made in Omachi.
The sweetness and acidity come in,
The sweetness and acidity come in and spread on the palate in a well-balanced way.
It also has a slightly tangy flavor,
It is not clingy and disappears refreshingly.
Delicious.
I drank it with sashimi,
but it was just as easy to drink by itself.
