I drank Yamahai before and enjoyed it, I bought a bottle of Sanjoraku. It is fresh and has a good balance between the umami of rice and acidity, It has a good balance of freshness, umami of rice, and acidity, It has a sharp yet soft taste. There is a slight feeling of gas on the palate, It is very good, It can be served cold or warm. I would like to drink it with fish from Toyama. It has become one of my favorite brands.

Hello, Shonan no Han-san! I remember visiting the San-Shoraku brewery in Toyama in April the year before last and that night I had San-Shoraku with firefly squid, which is in season from March to May, at a tavern near Toyama Station. The boiled firefly squid sold now might be from Toyama 😅...
