The taste is similar to yesterday's Echigo Ajizake
but this one is even more impressive!
It is easy to match with food
and the sake naturally goes down a treat 😊.
But I prefer the Echigo Ajizake we drank yesterday
I like it better 🫶.

It's been a while since I saw the sea.
The liquor store I was looking for was closed.
but I was able to get a bagoong ✌️.
I ate it with my sons today.
My two sons said Bagone is the best 🤣.
