It is an Akita sake, but it is a food sake following the previous Kariho. It is dry and has a low acidity, which is good.
It is not often seen in liquor stores, but I wonder where it is sold?
The potesara at a soba noodle shop was delicious, with roasted buckwheat seeds that were so crunchy. It was so good that I wondered whether I should have another bowl.
