I drank this sake when I went to Ikaho Onsen and really fell in love with it.
I found it in Kusatsu Onsen and bought it lol.
From the aroma, you can sense the fullness of the rice and the acidity.
The taste is of rice with umami coming first, followed immediately by a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness like pears.
The umami does not change from umami to sweetness, but rather the umami of the rice sometimes appears in the sweetness, so it is refreshing yet drinkable.
It is still my favorite flavor 🤭.
I have had the Junmai Daiginjo before, but I definitely preferred this one.
I would like to try another brand from the same brewery next time ✨.
