It is a junmai-shu that can be drunk as easily as water, and the more you drink it, the more you can feel the flavor of rice.
The more you drink it, the more you can feel the delicious taste of rice.
This is really limited edition for restaurants or trusted liquor shops. This is full-bodied and less fruity, though this reminds you of the traditional sake. Although the fruity and sweet sake is a trend now, this is really unique.
However, you should prepare side dishes for this bottle.
There wasn't enough sake to fill the glass, so I had a little more of another sake to make up for it. Koshino Katora Ryu. Sake with a strong, yet refreshing taste. It's so good! It's just like Niigata's sake.
Nagaoka's camp without permission. The second bottle, also new to me, is from the major Morohashi Sake Brewery. Mainstream Niigata sake? Would it be even better if it were lukewarm? I was a bit nervous, but the rice flavor was in the middle of the smoothness. It is crisp and light.
