ひっさんIt has been a long time since Mutsu Hachisen. It's been a while since I've had Mutsu Hatsusen's autumn sake with the Midori label. It's a refreshing autumn sake among the ones I've had recently. It is fruity and has just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness 😋. It's stable deliciousness 😚. I enjoyed it with some chanja I bought in Tsuruhashi .

ひっさんLast year we had Shinsei Cosmos for our wedding anniversary, but this year I opened a bottle of my favorite sake that I had been saving for half a year 🍾. I'd like to make a toast with gratitude to my partner and good drinking buddy who always puts in a lot of effort 🥂. I haven't had a bottle of this since Ginsen, but it's still delicious. Fruity, mellow, and full of rice flavor, it's nothing short of amazing 😂. I immediately opened a bottle. The label is as interesting as ever, and it's a real shame that it's so rare 😭. I'll try my best to get it again❣️

ひっさんI took a short trip to Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri. My favorite was this Yamori🦎. Loved the label first 😍. It was my first time drinking it and it was just as good as I expected it to be 😆 Wahaha! Slightly sweet, fruity and easy to drink❣️ I can't stop drinking 😋. This is good! Personally, I think it rivals purgaku and mimuro cedar👍 I can't buy it often but I want to repeat 😆💕. The store is small, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and they put a cooler on it and gave me lots of sweets as freebies 🥹It's close to Nara, so I'll go back 🥹!

ひっさんThis is a rare sake Katsuma that has been laying around for a long time. I wanted to make a bottle of it, but due to circumstances in the fridge and a new bottle available, I have now opened the bottle 🍾. My impression is that it is a delicious, easy-drinking sake made with clean water (*´-`). Neither modern nor classic, it has both fruity and delicious flavor, with just the right amount of spiciness to go with a meal😋. I wish I could have tried it with Toyama's Kittokito fish 🐟. Anyway, it was delicious👍 I wonder what I'll do with the 200 Kiri number 🤨.

ひっさんKawaguchi natto❣️, popular at Sakewa. They stocked it at a local store, so I tried it for the first time. When I drank it, I certainly didn't feel natto at all🙄. It is mildly dry and has a richness that is typical of hiyaoroshi, and while it is refreshing, it is also very drinkable 😋. It's a delicious taste that seems to go well with the flavors of autumn👍. The unusual name of this sake may attract your attention, but it is a good sake with a solid taste inside. I'll try Wataya next time...

ひっさんThis year, I couldn't buy the hiya-otoshi from Yokoyama because it was sold out immediately 🥺. But I was able to buy this one 😅. This is one of my favorites from Mimuro, along with Grazie Addio 😙. I love the sweetness and richness of this grape ❣️. It has all the charm of Oumachi, Dejimasan 😋♡! I gave a bottle to my parents-in-law and they were delighted ✌︎('ω') We hope everyone enjoys Nara Sake in Autumn!

ひっさんShinshu Kunisake 👀 found at my favorite restaurant. It was my first time to try it and I had no prior knowledge of it, but I was attracted by the recommendation of the store owner and the delicious-looking label, so I took it home with me. When I opened the bottle, a refreshing ginjo aroma rose up 😙. It's been a long time since I've had a sake with a corkage involved. The unique sourness, sweetness, and citrus-like bitterness combine perfectly as you take a sip, and the shwashiness tightens up the flavor 😋. This is delicious❣️My wife also raved about it👏. I didn't know this kind of sake existed 😳 I've never seen such a good sake 😳 Shinshu Kokusai Sake has a wide range of delicious sake.

ひっさんI bought some this year 👛. I've seen a lot of posts about sparklers ✨, a staple sake this time of year 😮. I like to drink it during the transition from summer sake to hiyayoroshi... I love the gentle sweet and sourness that is typical of Senkou and the way it soaks into the throat so smoothly 😊. I know there are pros and cons to this sake, but I like this kind of sake too. I'm looking forward to the Akatombo 🙂.

ひっさんOur first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

ひっさんThis summer has been a tough one 😮💨. It's that time of the year when we can feel the end of the season. I tried Shinmasa's low-paste sake, Nirvana Kame🐢, for the first time. The bottle and label are as stylish as ever. It's great that they named the sake Nirvana 😮. I'm going to sit down and enjoy it 🙏. The taste is unmistakably juicy with the typical Niimasa acidity and rice flavor 😆. Even with the low white rice, it's still very much a sake! I enjoyed it to the last drop.

ひっさんFound it at a local store I sometimes go to 👀. I had no prior knowledge of the brand, but was attracted by the sexy label and the owner's comment that it was "sweet and delicious" 😁. It is indeed sweet. But not sticky, clean and elegant sweetness 😋. By the third day, the sweetness was reduced and the taste was balanced 😆 Uma~! I guess the 6th place in the Saga ranking is not for nothing 😆😆. Thanks for the food 🙏🙏.

ひっさんFirst time in Tanaka San 😆🎶 I finally found it on a petit expedition ❤️ The label is unassuming, 65% polished rice, Yamada Nishiki. The balance of sweetness, spiciness, umami, and smoothness is as if these are the expression 😋. It is a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, umami, and a nice taste. No peculiarities, just a hint of sweetness and umami that spreads on the palate to delight the palate😊. This is a sake I'd like to use on a daily basis (๑>◡<๑) It's a pity that it's not available very often though ⤵️. It was a high level sake as expected👍

Hanamup is characterized by its elegant sweetness and deliciousness, while this one has a light acidity and white wine-like flavor. Hanabai itself is often peculiar due to the fact that it has no yeast added, but this one is easy to drink and perfect for summer ❤️. You can enjoy the charm of acidity like Senkou 😋️. Hana Yuu and Hana Ba have totally different tastes, but both are delicious with their own unique flavor ( ^ω^ )

ひっさんI got this one after a long time in Mie expedition ❣️. This is my first impression series and I made it to Hissan's H 😁. It is a directly pumped sake of "Honochi" of Junmai spec. It is a popular Mie sake, Saku, and this one is also as expected❣️. On the first day, we enjoyed the deliciousness and freshness typical of Saku, while our taste buds were stimulated by the slight bubbling sensation, and on the second day, we enjoyed the sweetness and juiciness of the rice after the shwashiness was gone 😆. Even if you can't buy Jikin, there is Saku in Mie ❗️. It was a bottle of stable deliciousness and satisfaction ✨.

ひっさんTamagawa is a place where I sometimes feel like drinking. Summer is the time for this 😋. Icebreaker ❤️ It is recommended to drink it on the rocks, but this time I drank it straight and sipped it until the end. The sense of satisfaction is the same as ever. It is full-bodied, strong, complex, sweet, and delicious. It can be served on the rocks, with water, as it is, or heated.

ひっさんIt's been a while since I've had a flower eup 🌸 wow 🙌 I was so excited to buy it because it's the first appearance of a four-pack since last year's Rikuwada 😆. It's fire-brewed once, but fresh and juicy, just like Hanamup's sweet and deliciousness. Not quite a summer sake, but it was delicious👍. I wish they would release another sake rice version in a four-pack 😙.

ひっさんIt's been murderously hot again this year, but I've never missed sake for dinner 😅. I opened a bottle of Gakki for the first time in a long time in August 🍾. Just looking at the label makes me feel good 🍾. It doesn't have the same impact as the Honjozo we had last year, but the sweetness, fruity and sharpness are well balanced at a high level 🙆. It's easy to drink, reasonably priced, and perfect for everyday drinking, but it's too bad it's not sold near here 😣. Good luck to the liquor store in Nara 😭
