Welcome to my home, Mitsuo❣️ After the Aki version, we now have the Fuyu version 😆. This time you are in charge of Otokoyama Sake Brewery 👀. Mmmm, this one is delicious too 😋. It has a nice sweetness and spiciness with a refreshing rice flavor, as if it embodies my image of a good northern sake. It's perfect with a meal 👍 Yamagata's sake is also of high quality. Yamagata is a rice-producing prefecture that also produces Jyushidai 😙.

It's been a long time since I've been to Lomang❣️ A buddy at work bought it for me during my expedition 😂. This time it's the first time for me to drink the Shimofuri type 🕺🏻. This is the first time I drank the Shimofuri type 🕺🏻 This is the Kasumi Loman that has been aged and once fired. The label on the back of the bottle shows the pride and dedication to local production 🙏. It is a great taste that can only be described as "as good as it gets" 😋. It's a perfect strike ⚾️. The matured flavor, moderate sweetness, and slight bitterness accentuate the taste, and my wife and I simultaneously said "Yummmm! No need for a side dish. We enjoyed it to the last. I wish they would sell it in my hometown 👍

First bottle of Miyoshikiku opened in the Chrysanthemum Relay from Koei Chrysanthemum 🍾. It's been a while since I've had a chance to map it out 😙. I bought it as soon as I saw the label 😍. It's a new sake nigori but the nigori is weak and the first day taste is watery and mature 🤔? However, from the second day, the taste opens up and the fruity and unique umami flavor comes out, making it easy to drink and enjoy ❣️. It's a new sake with an interesting taste and I enjoyed it👍

I was able to buy it again this year❣️ Yamada Nishiki version of Snocrescent❣️ All Koueikiku is good, but this Sno Crescent made with King Off Sake Rice has a great shwishy feeling, and as soon as you put it in your mouth, the sweet, sour, fruity flavor that comes over you is unlike any other sake 😳! It's still delicious 😋 and a delight to the taste buds 👅. I'm going to buy Hello which I didn't go through last year ✊.

Welcome back, Japan national soccer team! Good night, ministry! I opened a bottle of this beer after a night shift of watching the World Cup live on TV. This is my first freshly squeezed Morishima so I'm excited 😋♪ Oh, fresh and juicy❣️Fruitiness with a refreshing sweetness and slight bitterness is wonderful 😍. After the second day, the taste settles down and becomes smoother and richer 🦍🦍 deliciousness😇. I'm glad I bought this👍 Morishima I want to drink it again❣️

Ha😮💨It's been a hard and stressful week ⤵️. Well, let's drink slowly tonight and forget about it ✨ So, here it is, Yokoyama's ultra-harsh sake. It's a Jungin unfiltered raw sake. Even though it is dry, it is still fruity as expected from Yokoyama👍. And yet, it's not dry and tense, but rather mildly sharp and fresh 😋. I would drink too much of this 😆. I could feel a slight sweetness on the second day, which is also good. I was comfortably drunk 😚. Thank you all for a great week 🌃

I found a rare UA series product on sale at a local store, so I bought it even though it was a bit expensive. The label design and the slightly tinted color of the sake remind me of autumn. It's not very pretty, but here's a shot with some 🍁 I picked up in the neighborhood. Now, the taste...delicious ❗️ As everyone has commented, it has just the right amount of sweet and sourness that I can't stand 😆. It is easy to drink with low acidity among SENKYO, and I think it is recommended for beginners. Fashionable and delicious UA series. I hope I can buy it again 🙏.

Bizen Yumachi from Sherlock, which I had stocked up on for some special occasion. No special occasion for a while, so I opened a bottle on Good Marriage Day 🍾. I love this label 😍. I tend to avoid Sharaku these days because of its tight cost performance, but it's still delicious 😋. The elegant and refreshing sweetness and sourness that makes it crisp and clean is wonderful 😋😋. Let's have a toast with Sherlock again on a special occasion 😊.

A gift from Mr. Offkuro. Surprisingly, this is my first time drinking Harushika's standard junmai sake. It seems to be right in the middle of the flavor coordinate axis, slightly sweet, mellow, and soft to drink. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink😙. Easy to pair with a wide range of meals. The 300ml bottle emptied quickly😅.

It may not be to everyone's taste, but in my opinion, it's my favorite brand, Koei Kiku❣️. This is my first time to try Kame-no-o version of Tsukikage, but it is as good as Yuyamanishiki version❣️. It's a little less shwashy, but the sweet, tasty acidity and slight bitterness common to Kouei Kiku is irresistible 😭. It's so good that you can't help but shiver 😭. Holy shit, this guy is amazing! I'm going to be busy again as a member of Kouei Chrysanthemum club 😆.

My wife bought this sake as a souvenir from a trip to the local community association. It's a freshly squeezed Yamadanishiki from Tanzan Shuzo, a brewery upstream from Arashiyama, Kyoto. Let's try it! It's a brand I've never seen before, but it's a great one 😋. I drank it at room temperature, and when I opened the bottle, it was light and refreshing with a refreshing acidity, and the umami flavor came afterwards. From the second day, it became full-bodied and juicy, making it a very drinkable sake 😙. It was an unfamiliar brand, but it was fresh and delicious 🙏.

I found Nara Man, which has the word "Nara" but is not Nara's sake, at a store in Nara 👀️‼️. I went in with great joy and chose this one from the Naraman on the shelf ☝️. Fruity, mellow and a little alcoholic. It's a great drink 😋😋 ❣️. I️ love the way it rolls around in my mouth and on my tongue ❤️. I'd love to try some of the other Naraman ❗️Although it's not a Nara sake 😁.

I thought I would have something special for the 200th check-in, but since Nara Sake is also celebrating its 40th check-in, I decided on Harushika, one of the sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp. It has been a long time since it was aged for 210 days. The label is very cool 👍. I love the elegant sweetness, richness, and roundness of the flavor 😊. I can get drunk comfortably. Harushika has both sweet and spicy types, but I like this one the best among the sweet ones (by the way, I recommend Aono Onikiri for the spicy ones). There are many more sake that I would like to drink, but I would like to enjoy Harushika from time to time as I aim to check in on 100 Nara sake.

This is the first hiyaoroshi I've had from Tamagawa. When it was just out of the fridge, it had a strong alcohol taste and was not very rich, but as it warmed up, it developed a full, rich, Tamagawa-like umami flavor😍. I think this will be much better when heated 😙. But I think I prefer the Yamahai Junmai 😅.

The acidity and bitterness are relatively low among the Koueikiku, but the mellow and unique flavor is still there👍. I wanted to let it sit for a bit after opening but it was empty in 2 days😅 still delicious❣️love❣️. I wonder if Tsukikage is next? I'm looking forward to it 😋.

There were three types of Kaze no Mori: Omachi, Roha Kaze, and Akitsuho. Since we were going to the trouble, we chose Nara's rice Roha's version, which has a shibai label as well. The shwashiness is not so strong for Kaze no Mori, but it has a full-bodied, low-polished taste. However, the rich umami of the low-polished rice and the bitterness and subtle sweetness of Kaze no Mori made my taste buds happy. It's just as good as I expected it to be 😙 As expected from a representative of Nara ❣️. I hope to drink the Omachi version someday 😋!

Well, I'm so happy 😆. Finally we were able to invite that Mitsuo San to our home❣️Labels are so relaxing ❤️. This time it was an autumn version brewed by Kojima So Honten of Toko 🍁. It is a refreshing sake, perhaps because it is 50% polished for an autumn sake, but the umami of the rice is strong, fruity, and easy to enjoy without any peculiarities 👍👍. It was a wonderful taste ✨. I would love to try another version 🤤!

My first Isshaku Suisei (^^) I've seen it many times but couldn't buy it 😅. It was my choice of autumn sake, and it was fruity and mellow just as I imagined.
