This rare sake is made by commissioning it to the brewery that makes Eikun in Fushimi.
It is far from being super dry, but it is gripping. The acidity and umami are irresistible.

My family bought this sake for me and I met it.
I drank nigori and junmai ginjo.
Both are delicious!
Both of them are gorgeous and sweet, but they disappear quickly and easily.
They seem to go well with Kyoto's soup stocked meals!
It seems to be a very rare sake.
I drank it with care.
