This sake was drunk on a trip to Oita. It is described as slightly dry, but the sweetness of the rice was fully appreciated. I would recommend it to those who don't like spicy sake.

The first one is a little bit of the top layer (laughs). It's so sweet and refreshing! Next, mix it in. It's thick and tangy. Not as sweet as I thought it would be💦. Halfway through and I'm already a bit flabby☺.

☆☆ Hall of Fame sake that goes well with eel❗ We opened a bottle for the second time. We will drink it cold (room temperature) 🙏. All the five tastes of sweet, spicy, acid, astringent and bitter are just right! It has been aged for about a year, so it seems to have turned a little amber. I think it has more flavor🍀* 🍀* ゚ I don't know, but wow! I tried heating it up. but it tastes best cold (at room temperature). ⬇Addition (2025.08.21) Chilled (at room temperature) in a wine glass The aroma of the wine is 💘 #Kayashima Sake Brewery #Nishinoseki #Handmade Junmai sake #Eel #Oita Prefecture #Low-cost Series
