180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

Welcome off-line meeting for Jay & Nobby (5) It has been almost an hour since the start of the party, and we have about 30 minutes until the last order of drinks. The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. Aroma of rice and malted rice, sweetness reminiscent of amazake, and bitterness after a sharp taste. The pour is smooth and easy to drink 😁.

This was also purchased at Marugen! It is my first time to drink sake from Oita, too. You can feel the assertion of spiciness and umami even when drinking it with fried food! It was very tasty!

This is my first time drinking Oita sake. I tasted it both at room temperature and lukewarm. It has a rather light flavor, but it is very easy to drink and I enjoyed it very much.

unadulterated sake Dark rich. Rare in Nishi no Seki in draft. It is very rich. Amachitsukoku Umakara. I like the color transition of the flavor. Aroma of honey. 92 points. Sweetness:3.7 Dryness:2.7 Hinted aroma:3 Acidity: 3.7

I have a business trip coming up this week, which only happens a few times a year, so I don't want to open any new drinks 🤔. I bought this one I saw at the convenience store 🏪 right in front of my house It's Sandesi from Nishinoseki. It's still midsummer heat, but I'll have a Hiyoroshi 🙏. I can feel the acidity strongly in the cold sake... but in the second half, it is light and disappears quickly! As the temperature goes up, you can strongly feel the sweetness and umami 😋 between modern and classic 🤔. Easy to drink cold, my preference is cold 🥰.

The label had an impact, so I looked at it and saw that it was "Nishi no Seki," which I drink frequently, so I bought it for the first time in a while! I was so glad to see it! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was sweet like sugar candy. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, almost vanilla-like. The slight sourness that comes in a little bit counteracts the dullness of the sweetness, and it is a pleasant taste that matches the moderate sweetness and mildness of the rice! The flavor is the exact opposite of the strong label. You can enjoy it slowly and calmly. The directionality of the flavor is similar to that of the "Kitanokatsu" that we opened yesterday, and we think this one will also give an outstanding performance when warmed up 👍. A trio of "KITANOKATSU" and "KITANOKATSU". We will enjoy this trio in a relaxed comparison style, while thinking about the easternmost point of Japan and the Kyushu region ✨.
