This time it's Yuki no Bijin purchased at Nishimura Sake Shop.
Although this sake is made with No. 6 yeast, this one is not fruity, but rather has a ricey and bitter flavor that is free of any cloying taste😊.
Because it is a draft sake, it has a sharp taste with a strong gassy feeling when the bottle is opened. As time went by, the corners were removed and it mellowed~!
It was a treat 🙏.
