180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

Welcome off-line meeting for Jay & Nobby (5) It has been almost an hour since the start of the party, and we have about 30 minutes until the last order of drinks. The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. Happy New Year! My family caught the flu at the end of the year, so we had a lonely New Year's without any New Year's dishes at home. My first sake of the year was Nishinoseki from Oita, because I wanted to drink hot sake. I bought this one at a convenience store on a business trip. I liked the retro label. It's not too sweet, but it's refreshing, and this is the best way to warm up sake. I'm looking forward to another year of drinking sake.

Purchased at ICHIGOU, a store specializing in single-bottle sake, which I found when I stopped by Kamata on a business trip to Tokyo. Nishi no Seki by Oita's Kayashima Shuzo.
