180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

We stock sake from Kyushu, which we don't have much of locally. The first one is Nishinoseki. The aroma and taste are quite hard. The first punch worked on my hungry body. It made me hot from the back of my throat to my stomach.

Welcome off-line meeting for Jay & Nobby (5) It has been almost an hour since the start of the party, and we have about 30 minutes until the last order of drinks. The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. Aroma of rice and malted rice, sweetness reminiscent of amazake, and bitterness after a sharp taste. The pour is smooth and easy to drink 😁.

This is my first junmai sake from Nishi no Seki. Dry at the start, then rich and mellow, with a delicious rice flavor. It is both dry and fruity. Either way, it is a bottle of The Junmai Ginjo!
