I bought this one I saw at the convenience store 🏪 right in front of my house
It's Sandesi from Nishinoseki.
It's still midsummer heat, but I'll have a Hiyoroshi 🙏.
I can feel the acidity strongly in the cold sake... but in the second half, it is light and disappears quickly!
As the temperature goes up, you can strongly feel the sweetness and umami 😋 between modern and classic 🤔.
Easy to drink cold, my preference is cold 🥰.
