I drank the Risshun label and forgot to post it 😭
I'm trying to remember with my notes: ✍️
I was allowed to visit a liquor store in Kitakyushu when I went back to my wife's parents😊.
It was a quaint store, the staff was friendly and we bought their recommendations!
Nishi no Seki Tachiharu Asashibori☀✨
This is actually my first Tachiharu Asashibori itself!
The taste is refreshingly sweet and extremely delicious! It has a strong sweetness like dragon fruit and a good acidity, just the way I like it!
But it's on the higher side, so it made me blush right away!
I was happy to enjoy it with Nuka Miso Daki!
I'll buy the regular label next time ✌️
Thank you very much for the food: ✨️
Secret old sake is generally aged for more than 5 years. Today I'm drinking it at room temperature. (The junior who gave it to me as a gift was told by the liquor store that it was fine.) 40% white ratio. The aroma is calm from the gorgeousness that is common in daiginjos. The first taste has a smooth texture characteristic of matured sake. The aftertaste is a little spicy, and it seems to be close to Kuma shochu. The aftertaste is also light and lingers in the mouth. We would like to chill it now.
It was recommended by the manager at an izakaya in Karatsu City, so we had it. It was my first time to drink Nishi no Seki, but it was full of freshness and went very well with the squid from Yobuko.
Oita First sake.
Mellow flavor.
A refreshing taste.
It is an elegant sake that goes down well with the palate.
You can feel the goodness of handmade sake.
