180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

Welcome off-line meeting for Jay & Nobby (5) It has been almost an hour since the start of the party, and we have about 30 minutes until the last order of drinks. The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. Aroma of rice and malted rice, sweetness reminiscent of amazake, and bitterness after a sharp taste. The pour is smooth and easy to drink 😁.

Nishi no Seki Tokubetsu Junmai Shu "Fukujuya" 720ml Oita Prefecture only Fukujusuya" is named after Kayashima Sake's trade name. It is a special junmai sake brewed in limited quantities using carefully selected local rice, and brewed with the superior skills of the toji, who has inherited the traditional techniques of the brewery. The taste is full of mature sweetness and has a crisp aftertaste. Sake Nishinoseki Kayashima Shuzo Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%.

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 17 I drank the Risshun label and forgot to post it 😭 I'm trying to remember with my notes: ✍️ I was allowed to visit a liquor store in Kitakyushu when I went back to my wife's parents😊. It was a quaint store, the staff was friendly and we bought their recommendations! Nishi no Seki Tachiharu Asashibori☀✨ This is actually my first Tachiharu Asashibori itself! The taste is refreshingly sweet and extremely delicious! It has a strong sweetness like dragon fruit and a good acidity, just the way I like it! But it's on the higher side, so it made me blush right away! I was happy to enjoy it with Nuka Miso Daki! I'll buy the regular label next time ✌️ Thank you very much for the food: ✨️
