This is for last year's unposted. It's a new sake from Tasake. I don't remember anymore, but from the picture, I guess it's a little cloudy... I'll have to post it when I drink it properly 😓. Well, I only remember that it was lightly consumed in a couple of days 🤣.

The second bottle of the second New Year's drinking was a snoclet of Koei Chrysanthemum ‼️. I was so bummed at this point... I should have taken a pre-shot 😭 I opened a bottle of Ona's Nigori Sake together with the other bottle of Nigori 😊. I think it was a little sweeter than usual because it was a snokkle that we were comparing. On the other hand, the Sunokure was very sour... I've read your review that this year's version is less sweet 🤔... I wonder if my senses were right? 😅 I'll have to buy another bottle of both to taste them properly... 🤣

After the first half of the New Year's drinking party, we moved to my parents' house. My mother, who raised me to be a great drinker, my sister and her husband, who raised me as well as I did, are waiting for me here 😆. The first toast is this one, which was released late last year ‼️. This is one of the long aged sake that Koueikiku has been secretly working on since they revived and started brewing 3 years ago. Here is the message from the brewer Aged for several months in "Amontillado" sherry casks, which are characterized by their hazelnut-like aroma, before bottling. It was then aged in ice temperature for another two years. The sake used was brewed exclusively with Omachi to increase its sweetness. The company said. Sake aged in sherry casks? 😵. And aged in ice temperature for 2 years? 😵. I don't get it anymore... what kind of taste is that... So I opened the bottle with 2 cheers and 1 bow.... This is... a noble rot wine 🤔. It has a rounded and slightly thickened mouthfeel. Soft taste. The sweetness in the mouth is soft. The nose is full of fresh sherry and oak aroma. It is 12 degrees Celsius, so it is very quickly and easily 😱. It was delicious 😋.

We've had a lot happen along the way, but we're looking forward to another new year and a happy drinking LIFE 😊. And we started the new year with a toast and greetings at the home of the wife's parents 🍶. My niece and her husband will join us, so we have prepared a good amount of drinks 🤗. Now for the third bottle ‼️. Mr. Suzuki and his Iwaki Kotobuki freshly squeezed raw sake 😁. It's a slightly cloudy sake with a little bit of oriki in it 😊. This is another sake that combines freshness with a refreshing taste, good for sinking into the swamp 🤣. We were so happy to finish the first two bottles as well. The old drunkard's plan was successfully accomplished 😝😝. It's 15:00 now. After this, we went to my parents' house and more drunkards were waiting for us 😱. More on the second half later 👋

My niece and her husband will join us as usual, so we have prepared a good amount of drinks 🤗. We chose Morishima for the second bottle. Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate️ made with Omachi This sake is brewed after a year of aging and storage. It is said that this is the farmer's strong wish. The farmer wants to make sure that the rice itself is matured before brewing. This is a unique process that I have not heard of before. Not only the brewer but also the rice farmer who provides the rice is very particular about making the best national sake. The aroma is refreshing, with a ginjo aroma of muscat and rumminess. And the mouthfeel is fresh and fresh 😊. The taste is slightly light and soft, slightly sweet, clear and transparent 😋.

The first bottle was a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo from Takachiyo. The first bottle was a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo from Takachiyo, which has a fruity and crisp taste. Of course, this is my first time drinking it... It tasted just like I expected from Takachidai 😋. It's so easy to drink 🤣. I've only had the Hiragana brand, but I wonder if the Kanji version would be more suitable for an older person (sorry, I'm a bit prejudiced) who likes dry sake. I was happy that not only my niece and her husband drank it, but also my brother-in-law and his wife who usually don't drink so much 🥰.

Here is another November hanpukai product. A special version of Sentori Classic Mukonin for the sake store ️. Directly pumped unfiltered raw sake 🤩. It has a sharp taste with a unique sourness of SENKYO with an added sharpness 😁. And there's a little bit of ori... When stirred, the sharpness mellows and changes to a new taste ‼️. Kazuki, you're still amazing lol!

I think it was Kadoya Sake Shop's November hanpukai sake? I think I've only ever had the satsuki romance that comes out in the spring... I think that was a hanpukai item too 🤣 I think that's the beauty of hanpukai, you get to meet sakes you would never buy on your own 😁. The label says it's aged for 1 year... I can't compare it with the pre-aged one so I don't know how it has changed 😓. I remember it as a relatively clear, light and easy to drink sake 😋.

I️ went on a family trip to the Lake Shirakaba area of Shinshu at the end of November. I purchased this item at that time 😊. I was able to get it after the expedition 😁. As you have said, it's an easy to drink sake with no habits 🤩. Very high level of consistent deliciousness ‼️. I'm convinced it's a popular sake for everyone 😋.

Rumor has it wakamusume😊. For now, here's the jackets 🥰. I can't really evaluate the taste, but it was to my liking 🤗. In this day and age, each brewery is experimenting with different flavors in pursuit of their own unique characteristics, but on the other hand, this type of sake with a reassuring taste is very useful. It is hard to say which is better, classic or modern 😂. I am looking forward to the sake industry 😋.

I chose this sake for the final bottle of the Sake Swamp Invitation Tour for my nieces, so that they would know the taste of heated sake as well. We wanted them to taste the aroma and texture of the rice that you can't get from cold or hiya sake 😊. I was frankly surprised that it was easier to drink cold. I guess that's true. But I was happy that they understood the mellow aroma of rice and the fullness of flavor that they couldn't feel when it was cold 🥰. I think it was a special version for the hanpukai because it has the kadoya seal on it. I have no memory of it 😂. But it was a nice, stable, mellow sake, as is typical of Nanamotoyari 😋. The name "Yari" in Shichihon-yari is written in gold, but the word "Yari" on the barrel is written in wood. Does anyone know why? I'd like to ask Mr. Tomita next time I have a chance to meet him.

Honored chrysanthemum festival with my niece's husband‼️Last is a light muddy type moonlight🤗 I would have been swamped at least up to my waist with this lol. Last year, there was a version of Yuyamanishiki, I believe...but not this time? Tsukikage lightly cloudy Kochira has a little less acidity due to the oli, but it has a well-balanced umami and is easy to drink with a smooth aftertaste 😋. We had 3 bottles plus one more bottle (about 1 gou worth) to show how good it is when heated 😝. It was a fun day even now that I remember 🤗.

Kochira is Kohyei Chrysanthemum no Koumochi Unique acidity and umami 🥰. Different acidity from the previous Hello! My niece's husband was also surprised at the difference 😁. Why such a difference in taste for the same sake called Koueikiku ❓ lol Yoshi! You got both legs hooked 😏. Let's bury them up to the waist next time 😝.

I'd like to upload the unposted items by the end of the day. I️ will upload some more by the end of the night. This one was purchased this time last year and was laying on the shelf when my niece and her husband, who got married this fall, came to greet me. The husband is in his late 20s and has recently become interested in sake, so I thought I'd drag him into the swamp as soon as possible. This plus two other bottles that were on sale at the time of the festival 😁. He was surprised by the unique sourness but impressed by the freshness of the mouthfeel ‼️. It's actually delicious 😋. We already got this year's Hello ✌️. I'm going to open a bottle for New Year's Day because we're going to drink it together again 🤗.

I️️haven't posted for a while, but today I️ finished up work for the year and went out for a year-end party with my childhood friends. I had a great time in Sakai with my friends from elementary and middle school 😊. This restaurant has a great selection 😁. We started off with a Shinsei 3-drink comparison. Toast with sparkling flax cat 🤗. I'm not sure what brand it is to be honest... I honestly don't know what brand it is... I'll just post one of them for now 😁. Well, it's not so fresh since it's not freshly opened since we drank it outside... It was a good first drink 😋.

507😊 of Kaze no Mori Akitsuho I️ drank this sake this time last year too. I only drank this Akitsuho from the 507 series... I prefer the 80 series which has a stronger rice flavor 😁. But it's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori. The stable tangy and juicy fruit flavor is amazing 😋.

This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Shinomine no Omachi by Nara's Chiyo Shuzo. It is said to be a special Junmai Daiginjo using two types of yeast: Association No. 9 yeast and Meiri yeast. It has a mellow aroma typical of Omachi. It has a slightly sweet aroma. Shinomine is a sake that I have tasted many times with a strong acidity, but... The mouthfeel is smooth at first, and it is full of the umami of rice that is typical of Junmai Daiginjyo (Junmai Daiginjo). I've never tasted a Shinomine with this flavor before 🤣. The rice and yeast multiply to create a variety of flavors 🥰. Once again I was reminded of the depth of sake 😊.

Sake from Okura Honke in Nara 😊. Their sakes are all unique and fun 🤩. I bought this one last year too... This one is a special Junmai Yamahai, but it's a directly pumped, unfiltered, raw sake ‼️. It's a very strange brew 🤣.... It's made with a sake rice called "Bizen Asahi". The aroma is relatively mild, but for a special junmai, it also has a slightly sweet tropical flavor 😳. The mouthfeel is round and moist 😆. It has a hearty umami, refreshing acidity, and juiciness that makes it easy to drink 😋.

I think this was also a hiyaoroshi that I bought together with the Abukuma mentioned above. Like Abukuma, it was delicious with a sense of maturity that is typical of hiyaoroshi. I say almost everything is delicious 🤣. I haven't had that much hiyaoroshi so far this year 😥. Some breweries have already released new sake... I want to enjoy the long autumn nights a little more...
