boukenLike Iwanoi, I bought this at Kagiya when I went to the tasting.
When I first visited at the end of last year, there was still some of the Las 1 here left, but I got lost and bought the Jun Dai one 🙄.
The aroma raises expectations. Fruity, straightforward, sweet and juicy. A little bubbly and slightly bitter in the second half. I realized once again that I really like this type.
When the temperature rises a little, you can feel the 🍓-ness of the wine.
I like the taste of all Miyakanume so far. boukenI bought it when I went to a key and tasting with Nemuchi.
The aroma has a top note of hackberry 🌿.
Wild mouthfeel. I didn't feel the fruity taste often seen in the reviews. A little bit of sweetness, but it has a chocolatey bitterness. I wonder if it's because it's a very hard water, but I can feel the minerality and hardness.
I wonder if it has a nutty, cookie, buttery taste.
It's a draft sake, but it looks good when heated.
It has a similar vibe to Taisho no Tsuru 🤔.
It's a little smoky.
Omachi, but this one is a bit different from my taste...

Ishidaya is aged about 2 years.
More fruity than Nizaemon. It goes in easily like water.
I thought at first that Nizaemon was more to my liking. But as the temperature rises, I think I prefer Ishitaya.
Ishidaya's taste was more stable and tasty all the time.
No wonder it is placed in high-end sushi restaurants and Japanese restaurants.
After that, we went to Sukumasa in the pouring rain, as Nemuchi-san was looking for something. ポンちゃんGood evening bouken🦉.

Comparison of Ishitaya and Nizaemon
I thought it would be a good deal as each is about 60ml for 1500yen!
Nizaemon is bottled from a tobin.
It has a very clear and clean taste with no unpleasant parts.
Compared to Ishidaya, Nizaemon has a more rounded mouthfeel with a more rounded corner 😋. boukenkagiya 2024 autumn tasting (3)

It is a draft sake but it is aged at room temperature for 5 years😳.
This is the first time I've had a label with Henohenomoheji painted all over it!
The umami is amazing! Complex flavor of aging. Looks good warmed up!

This is the first hiyaoroshi of the year.
It was delicious with a refreshing acidity that reminded me of citrus fruits.

Another liquor store only had fire-brewed sake in stock, but Keyaki-ya had fresh sake, so I bought it.
The rice is Kami no Ho.
Fresh, slightly effervescent, and chili. It has a freshness. Overall, it is very easy to drink, with a predominantly sweet flavor and none of the unpleasant parts.
I don't know if it's because it's from Imuraya, but it has a firm sweetness like a candy.

I think I've had the nigori one of the ones released this time of year.
I know there is a brand called Spring Kaorukaze that comes out in early spring 💕︎ I'm sure he's had that one too 😏.
This one has a fresh, fresh taste with a little gas in it, characteristic of freshly squeezed sake. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing 🤩It has a lightness and transparency characteristic of a royal Junmai Ginjo 😋. いーじーPurchased at a sake shop.
This is the last sake for 2022 as I plan to spend this year in Shizuoka with my grandmother.

It is not that dry, but it is dry and light. The aftertaste is sharp.

I prefer the 80 series which has a stronger rice flavor 😁.
But it's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori. The stable tangy and juicy fruit flavor is amazing 😋. ましゃThis Junmai Daiginjo is made from Shinomine no Omachi by Nara's Chiyo Shuzo.
It is said to be a special Junmai Daiginjo using two types of yeast: Association No. 9 yeast and Meiri yeast.
It has a mellow aroma typical of Omachi. It has a slightly sweet aroma.
Shinomine is a sake that I have tasted many times with a strong acidity, but...
The mouthfeel is smooth at first, and it is full of the umami of rice that is typical of Junmai Daiginjyo (Junmai Daiginjo).
I've never tasted a Shinomine with this flavor before 🤣.
The rice and yeast multiply to create a variety of flavors 🥰.
