It's been a while since I've had Sharaku and this is my first Aizan.
Mild and fruity but delicious in its umami and bittersweet complexity 😆.

It was my first time to drink blue Shinshu Kamerei, which is a summer sake in winter.
It is made with Hitogochochi and has a refreshing aroma and mouthfeel.
It is easy to drink even in winter if it is chilled and drunk in a warm room 😆. ルテルテミI was able to join Mr. Umai and bouken on their liquor store tour.
At the end of the tour, we had some sake at Sakaigashi.
There was a sake that I was very curious about, so I tried it.
It is made from ancient purple-black rice and has a lovely color, like the middle of red wine and rosé.
It smells like aged sake and has a peculiar aroma, but it has a mild sweetness and sourness, like grape juice.
The chicken skin dumplings were better than the sashimi, and I ate them with a crunch 🙏. 
boukenIt's the sake from the 2022 hanpukai. The one that was set with the eating nirvana tortoise.
The sake is a dark golden color, a color you don't see in other Shinmasa.
It reminds me of Gonin Musuhi 😳.
It's sweet but not fruity or anything like that, more of an old-fashioned sweetness.
It has a graininess and complexity. It's like many flavors have been condensed. It has a sense of maturity like an old sake, maybe because it's been around for a year.
It is totally different from Nirvana Tortoise Spark.
I was happy to drink the precious Shinmasa, but I should have had the Hana-yoso 🤔.
There were many other sake from the Shinmasa hanpukai, but they were too expensive so I gave them up😅.
I was about to give up because they put it away before I could take a picture, but Lutemi told the waitress 😂.

This is the second Jikin Nigori I have had this season, but it still seems sweeter than before. This year might be the best Jikin Nigori I have ever had 🤔.
Shinshu Kamerei is a Junmai Ginjo of summer
I got it from the sake god before and it's as good as ever 😋I drank it all before it gassed out, but it was still good even when it gassed out 😆.
Ine Mankai is one of the best and easiest to drink red rice sake. Berry flavors and red wine-like.

I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has been enjoying this drink.
It's low in alcohol content at 9 degrees, so you can drink it just like a strawberry oreo ☕🍓.

It's been a long time since I've had it, but I don't remember it tasting like this.
I heard the taste had changed, but...
It tastes like melon and apple, I don't remember it being this sweet and fruity 🤔.
It also has a bitter taste of rice, so it's perfect for during a meal, but it's also good on its own.

I asked Mr. Adachi, the toji at Sake Go Around about it, and he told me that he changes the flavor every year on the orders of the president.

I have the impression that most of the breweries participating in the Kansai region are solid breweries 😅 so it's valuable to hear about the toji, but it's amazing to hear about the blending 😳. boukenMaybe they adjust the blend to reduce the blurriness because it's a standard sake 🤔. boukenHello Rafa 😃
I was impressed by Rafa's review that he seemed to be disappointed 😔 but I realized once again that it is so consistently delicious that people still buy it by the bottle 😊. boukenThe price is very expensive, so I've never tried it at home.
The first time I went to the restaurant, I was surprised to find that the food was so good.
The best way to get the best price is to buy a new one.
