This was also purchased at the end of the year and drunk in the New Year. Was this also purchased at Kadoya Sake Shop? It was full of nigori's characteristic fizzy bubbles 😊. I don't remember having a hard time opening it... The supernatant is sweet and fruity 😋. The nigorin was more refreshing after mixing 😋.

I still have a review of last year's purchase... 😓. I'm sure it's the December hanpukai sake since it has a Kadoya sticker on it... It's an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake made by a process called "Hayatoyo" (🥰) and it's also lightly nigori (😋). I like Hanaboe's splash a lot and I like that balance of acidity and umami, and this sake basically has a similar taste 😊. I like the balance of acidity and umami that HANABE has with Splash, and this sake has a similar basic taste 😊 The nigori gives the impression of being a little more yoghurina than Splash.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake😊. I think it has a refreshing and easy to drink mouthfeel for a Tamagawa! It's 2021BY so it's been aged for almost a year 🤔. The specs say it can be drunk cold or chilled, but in my mind, Tamagawa is warmed up sake... 😅 😅 I drank it warmed up. ‼️ I think I like it because it gives a more voluminous taste 😋.

It was a long time ago... I think it was around this time that I bought this bottle of sake to be ready for warming up 😊. It's a R2BY aged sake🤗. I bought this Kaijin and Tamagawa last year for the same reason as this year 🤣. I have three big names when it comes to heated sake: these two and Kanto's Shinkame 😁. The specs were good enough to be served cold or chilled, but I'd definitely warm up the Kaijin 😋. I was in Takamatsu when I was in high school due to my father's job transfer, and I remember my father taking me to various breweries. 🤔 I wonder if he went to Maruo... If he did, I think my father was amazing 😆.

The brewery is located in Shinano-Omachi, Nagano Prefecture, and will begin brewing sake in January 2022 with a new organization and new facilities and staff. The name of the sake is "Omi" 😏. For more information, click here: https://ichinoya.com/ My first impression is that it tastes... hard 😓 It feels very hard and has no umami... 😥. It claims to be a food wine that leaves a minerally astringent taste, so I let it sit for a bit. When I drank it 3 days later, it was much mellower, but still didn't have the depth of flavor 💦. I'll have to try it again with other specs 😋.

Another bottle of January hanpukai sake from Kadoya Sake Shop 😊. This one looks even more like a Kadoya exclusive sake than the previous one (see the label). The rice flavor flows smoothly after the moderate acidity and sharpness in the mouth. The lingering aftertaste lingers on for a long time. It is a wonderful food sake that does not interfere with the taste of food. I only drink their sake in the hanpukai, so I can only get the impression that it's all specially brewed sake and therefore delicious ‼️

Masha-san, good evening 😀 Hayaseura tends to put off drinking sake that he thinks he can drink again in the hanpukai even if he thinks it's good 😅I guess the original purpose of the hanpukai is to buy yourself sake that you think is good in the hanpukai🤣.

I'm still behind on my post 😂. Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai sake 😁. Was it for January? Bespoke light nigori from Banjo Kotobuki 😁. It's a special version for the hanpukai 😋. Fresh aroma and pleasant on the palate😊. That's because it's pressed for liquor stores and delivered in the same span of time between pressing and sale as the Risshun pressing 😆. As you can imagine, this sake was also delicious 😋.

Ibaraki Sake The climate unique to this area The unique climate here nurtures the unique "Short-stalked boat". Sake that can only be pressed here... Expressing the value that can only be found here Watafune Terroir Ota-no-Tani 2021! The above is the message from the brewery😅 More and more breweries are growing their own rice and brewing their own wine 🤗. I guess we really shouldn't have preconceived notions just based on the name of the rice used to make sake because the same brand of rice tastes different depending on the region, just like a domaine that makes wine 😊.

The best sake in Okayama is Gozenshu from Coco Tsuji Honten. ☺️ This brewery brews all of their sake with Omachi, the sake rice that originated in Okayama, and uses the Bodeshime method of brewing. The head brewer is Maiko Tsuji, who has taken over the brewery. She is a female toji 🤗. Recently, there are many female toji at breweries all over the country 🤩. The taste is sweet with a hint of aroma and a lactic acidity that is typical of Bodaihashi ‼️ It tastes like yogurt? When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the sweetness, the rich flavor typical of Omachi, and the fizzy feeling of petit gas filling my mouth 😋.

Lastly, here is Eikun, another Fushimi sake 😊. Only this sake was surprisingly sour: ‼️ The taste doesn't change much when heated up... 😵. It has a very unique taste 😅 which is rare in recent years. Is this a twist? I don't think so since it's from an exhibition 💦. This sake is at the top of my list for repurchase 😜. For those of you who have experience with Eikun, is it a brewery that defaults to sourness in their sake? Please let me know 🙏.

Here is the third bottle of Sasaki Sake Brewery's Nishijin 😊. As you probably know, this is the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki 😁. To be honest, three out of the four bottles we sampled this time were not impressive enough for me to write down any special impressions. As I mentioned earlier, the labels suggest that they were prototypes for overseas consumption, so I wonder if they tasted safe. Well, this is my first taste of any of the brands, so I would like to compare them with the regular sake sold in the market in the future 😋.

The second of the four bottles I just posted is Tomio😊. It's a sake from Fushimi, Kyoto 😁. I remember there used to be a commercial for it 😊. Here is another one of the four that was easy to drink: ‼️ It has a rounded mouthfeel that is typical of Fushimi sake and a little sweetness that is different from the sweetness of today's sake 😋. It's been a while since I've been to Fushimi lately... 😓. I would love to visit sake breweries again 🤩.

There are a few bottles left that I haven't been able to review yet, but I can't keep up with them, so I'll list the relatively recent ones first💦. This is a sake that my cousin brought to a family gathering for a memorial service 😊. I was told that it was a tasting that was given away at a booth in Kyoto during a yeast exhibition-like event that I attended for work. I wonder if that's why it's not sold to the general public. The label also has English writing on it... Maybe it is a sample product for overseas 🤔. Since this is a yeast exhibition, all of the 4 types are made with Kyoto yeast called Kyo-no-Koi (Kyoto love). It is not a flavor to be noted.... It is not a flavor to be noted... but it is a very refreshing and cohesive drink.

Yokoyama is becoming popular. ☺️ I looked for 7 on the net but couldn't find it because it was sold out... 😓. I realized once again how popular it is 😁. So I bought this 10 one that was on sale at one liquor store: ‼️ I don't really understand the difference in specs between 7 and 10... It has less acidity, but the taste is clean and refreshing, so I guess it's for a mid-meal drink 🤔. It was a refreshing sake with no miscellaneous flavors typical of Yamada-Nishiki. I would like to compare it with 7 next time 😋.

Okura's Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake ‼️ The label with a weird girl illustration as usual 😆. This is one of my favorite sake breweries in Nara. As the owner of some liquor store said, they have been releasing sake with perverted specs one after another 🤩. The special junmai type is made with Yuyamanishiki, but they also brew with a variety of other rice. Just comparing the two is enough to make you feel like you're at ‼️🤣. Whatever the case, they are one of the most entertaining breweries 👍

This is also from my trip to Nagano 😁. Too late for a review, I don't remember much of the taste... I had a faint hope that I might be able to find Gensho Mai in my hometown... 🤣 Too bad 😂. But the owner recommended this one 😋. I tasted it at various temperatures and enjoyed drinking it for the first time in Kawanakajima. ‼️ I want to try Genmai too 😆.

Another post opens up 😓. Like Zenkichi and his friends in the previous post, this one is also locally sourced from a trip to Nagano 😁. It is very easy to drink with a smooth and silky mouthfeel and is not too assertive in a good way, so it is a good sake to go with a variety of snacks 😋.

I bought Zenkichi-san's Junsei ☺️ on the same trip when I bought Shinshu Kamerei. It is available at my favorite liquor store in Ibaraki, but I have not had a chance to drink it since I bought it in the spring hanpukai because the timing of the delivery and the timing of going to buy it did not match... I bought it and had it, and it is a very good tasting sake. It has just the right balance of umami and acidity to keep me from getting tired of drinking it 😁. It enhances the taste of the snacks and I can see why it is becoming so popular. I would like to try a junmai ginjo or something similar 😋.

A 寫楽 drinking comparison project was planned for November 🤩. The rice used for the sake was Yamada-Nishiki, the difference between Tojo and Yoshikawa 🤣. There's no way my stupid tongue can understand that 😂. I wonder if the sake tasters can tell? I can tell if I like it or not 😅 Of course I liked this one 😋.
