I drank a bottle of the 607 resurrection wine from Kaze no Mori at the end of February. I was thinking that I have never drank all the ALPHA series 🤔. I decided to run to Tenri and buy as much ALPHA as I could 😊. Due to the stock and my pocketbook, I was only able to buy the 4.7. I didn't go all out, but the 4 was a bit too expensive and the 7 was too limited and not in stock😅. By the way, each version is a regular brew. I didn't buy any of the later versions, so I think I have a total of 6 bottles ❓ I'll list the reviews in order: ✌️ Let's start with TYPE1. The ALPHA series has switched to all Bodai yeast, which is the biggest difference from the regular series. The difference in brewing method is probably the most important factor in the difference in flavor! Overall, I felt that the hard and tangy sensation that is unique to Kaze no Mori was weaker. The overall impression was less of that hard, tangy feeling that is characteristic of Kaze no Mori. It's a little short for those who like the traditional version, but it still retains the Kaze no Mori style 😊.

This one also has a Kadoya sticker on it, so it's probably the March hanpukai sake 😊. It's a special order from the usual sake shop, but I don't have the description (full of the owner's passion lol) left with the purchase, so I'll just copy and paste Rafa's review: 🙇‍♂️ Junmai Ginjo made from "Omachi". Junmai Ginjo made from "Omachi". Originally, it was pressed, fire-quenched, and stored in a low-temperature cellar. and stored in a low-temperature cellar before shipping in the fall. This hanpukai is pressed and bottled bottled and shipped as a draft 👍🤣🤣‼️ So they had to ask for it to be shipped as nama-sake when it was supposed to be hi-ire 😆. The taste has a fresh ginkou (gin aroma) and a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture, but when it goes down your throat, it has the delicious flavor of Omachi 😋. It's indeed a special order sake: ‼️ I'd like to feel the difference between this and the fire-aged version 😋. I'd like to feel the difference between the fire-brewed version and the fire-brewed version 😋🤗.

Akizuka, they serve various kinds of sake with different specs... I'm not sure what to think 😅. I bought this sake from the newsletter of Kadoya around this time of the year (end of March), thinking it would be delicious heated up 😋. I started with cold sake. I got the impression that it was very dry for an omachi sake, perhaps due to the characteristics of other acid yeast. It's not sweet and tasty, but sweet and sour. It's a straight from the tank pressing, so there's still a bit of a shwashiness to it. I think this can be served at the same temperature as it is. No, I realized there wasn't enough left to warm up... 🤣

Hello Masha 😃 I had this sake the other day and it's sweet and sour and has a fresh sake quality that is rare for Akirika 😋 Jutoku-san has a Yamadanishiki version in stock, but this one seems to be freshly aged 😊.

This is a special order sake of Yumeshin Jun Da-Spec, a locally distributed brand of Yumeshin Shuzo 🥰. Nationally, the Naraman brand is well-known 😁. I don't remember what month it was (maybe March?). I heard they used a different yeast than the one they normally use because it's a hanpukai sake from Kadoya 😊. I don't know what the difference is because I don't know what the regular yeast tastes like since I don't have any history of it in the sake reviews, but it is a very well-rounded sake with a perfect balance of junmai daiginjo-like umami and acidity 😋.

Nakazen Shuzo has become very popular recently😊This is Nakanori's brand special junmai sake😋. The refreshing acidity is followed by a rounded sweetness. The subtle gasiness and its astringency. It was a sake that did not interfere with the meal, but still had a robust flavor that gave it a raw sake character 😋.

Are the specs the same as last year? 🤔 I actually don't like that much of the Koei Chrysanthemum brand 🤣. It's a bit sour, almost sour... But just because it's Kouei Chrysanthemum, I pick it up 😱 Well, I'm just supporting my favorite brewer 😆. The Gekko I bought with it is the real deal 😋. The reviews of those who have drunk it are generally favorable, so I have high hopes for this one 😊.

I have a pile of unposted... 😓 I'm going to open a lot of bottles at the start of the GW 😁. This is the 25th anniversary sake of Kaze no Mori ㊗️ For the concept, please see the label in the 4th photo: 🙇‍♂️ The taste is a bit more subdued than the previous sakes in the lineup in terms of the umami and fruity flavors of the base. It has a strong alcohol taste for its 14% alcohol content 🤔. I like the tingling sensation that is unique to Kaze no Mori, but it's a bit lacking for me... But I'm the type of person who likes challenging sake like this anniversary sake 😆. I hope they continue to make various kinds of sake 😋. Postscript 5/7 I opened it for 4 days and drank it again 😋. I don't know if this is the power of microorganisms or not ‼️ I don't know... The tingling sensation is gone as a matter of course, but the lactic acid taste is getting stronger instead. Sake is alive after all 😁. It's becoming my favorite flavor! Delicious 😋.

I couldn't buy it last time 7‼️ Finally got it👍 I wanted to buy other sakes, so I started with the raw sake first. When I opened the bottle, there was more sponking than I expected 😵. I could feel the raw gasiness of the sake! The sweet fruity muscat aroma was followed by a little gasiness that hit my tongue, and then the fresh sweetness spread 😋. But super hot... 😅 If it's dry, then the sake that my generation has been drinking until now must be extremely dry 🤣. But I understand everyone's reasoning 😊. It's honestly delicious 🤩. 7 means it's made with yeast #7, right? I guess that's why I like Wind Forest even more 😋.

Junmai Ginjyo Hi-ire Sake made with local Mikawa sake rice called "Mine Haruka" 🍶-. I bet you've never had Mineharuka 🤔. The sweetness and the umami of rice that comes a little after you take a sip 😋. But it is easy to drink with a little dry taste due to its refreshing taste 🤩. It seems to go well with slightly strong flavored dishes. No, it was good to be precise 😆.

The one I had almost 2 months ago 😂. bouken also posted a review and bought the same one! He said he was looking forward to drinking it 😋... I'm not going to post it today 💦. I've been through a lot, but I'm still a lazy person 😓. It has a fruity aroma and just the right amount of sweetness. But it's more refreshing than the juicy sweetness of today 😋. May feel a little hard 🤔. I know there were other 901's around this time, and now 1001 and 1701 are also on sale. I'll buy those too if I get a chance 😋.

Wakanami's Honjozo sake😊. The label has changed 🤔. Actually, the sake that was sold under the name Secret until last year was this Honjozo sake, and this is the first time it's being sold with a new brand name 😁. It tastes great chilled or hot, but I prefer to warm it up to release the sweet aroma 🤣.

I think it's February's hanpukai sake because of the Kadoya mark on the label 😊. It's labeled Junmai Namaishu, but the specs say it has a 55% rice polishing ratio, so it's Junmai Ginjo class 🤔. And although it's under the name Aizumusume, Mr. Suzuki from Banjo Kotobuki is also involved 😁. It was a special collaboration from the brewing stage that you can't taste anywhere else, just like a hanpukai product. ‼️

I'm a rock'n'roller who couldn't sell last Saturday at the Kansai Sake no Wawa Kai 😜. I'll skip the introduction of the members and the sake drinkers since everyone else has already given their own introductions 💦I'll just do my homework 😅I still drank in early March. The liquor store claimed that the taste had evolved... Some of the reviews from people close to me lamented that the taste was far from what they were looking for... 😓 I've tasted it myself... I tasted it, but... I think they changed the rice used for the sake in a big way. It seems to be a bit sweeter... I think it's more like a modern flavor 🤔. I was surprised to find out that there are many different types of delicious sake and that everyone has their own tastes 😋.

Junmai Ginjo made with Yamadanishiki I bought and drank it last year at this time too 😋. Was it from Kadoya's hanpukai? I don't know the difference from last year. Maybe it's not different... 😆 But it was a delicious sake with a clear and sharp taste 😋. I forgot to take a picture of the back label, so the second one is a bonus😜.

Sagabiyori version of Snoclet 😊. So far it was made with Yamadanishiki 😋. I think this one has more acidity 🤔. But of course it's not too sour, it's a well-balanced fruity sake with a bit of a shwashy feeling. Yamadanishiki is more mature, while Sagabiyori is a little bit more mature girl 🥰 😜. Like that 😜.

I bought this a while ago, but it's been a while since I've had it 😊. It's called "Challenge Edition" and is a test brew of a previously brewed junmai standard version of the Omachi sake 😁. Come to think of it, there is no 60 series now... I'm an omatist so I'll definitely buy it 😆. It has a pleasant sweetness that comes after a slight sourness while retaining the hard mouthfeel that is typical of Kaze no Mori 😋. I love their sake too 🥰. I'm looking forward to receiving a lot of ALPHA series at the end of the month 🤣.

If you opened the aforementioned Hello Aizan, you can also open this one, which I bought at just the right time, and compare the tastes 😋. It's light and you wouldn't believe it's 17° 😆. But it has a more robust body than the traditional Kouei Kiku 😊. It's a strong sake with a solid body that retains the acidity that is typical of Kouei Kiku, but the lower half of the body is still very robust. I'm not sure if that's the right expression, but that's my honest impression 😋. If I were to drink it as Kouei Kiku, I think I would prefer Sunokure or Anaguri which will be on sale in the near future 😏.

Today 3/19 is my son's birthday ㊗️ So, pick your favorite from the fridge! So here's what I brought out 😏. The December hanpukai sake still left at Kadoya Sake Shop 😋. They chose this brand because they enjoyed a special sake from Koei Kiku called Shinshu no Umi that they had opened before 😁. Totally different type of sake though 😆. The moment he opened the plastic cap to open the bottle... The cap flew off with a spontaneous pop ‼️😵 The best explosion ever 💥. The cap is missing💦. I poured it into a glass and took the first sip, thinking it was okay since I was going to empty it anyway⁉️ A schwash worthy of the best explosion ever‼️ I've had it in storage for about 3 months... maybe it was at a higher temperature? The freshness and sweetness of the shwash is more outstanding than ever before 🤗. My son also poured 2 or 3 cups unusually 🤣. We prepared beef yukke and horse sashimi 👌

Tokujun unfiltered unpasteurized sake made with Aizan 😊and directly pumped 😋. The mouthfeel is round and soft 😊. The mouthfeel is moist with a full, slightly sweet, fruity extract 😁. I can also taste a little lactic acidity...apple-like? The balance between the full-bodied flavor and refreshing acidity is good 😋. And it's a good value for money even though it's made from Aizan.

Is it treated as a new sake after a long time Kido 😊 freshly squeezed? I think I've had the nigori one of the ones released this time of year. I know there is a brand called Spring Kaorukaze that comes out in early spring 💕︎ I'm sure he's had that one too 😏. This one has a fresh, fresh taste with a little gas in it, characteristic of freshly squeezed sake. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing 🤩It has a lightness and transparency characteristic of a royal Junmai Ginjo 😋.
