First post in about 6 months 😂. You've opened up 🤣. Well, I'm not very good at this kind of thing to begin with💦. I started when I was in a slump due to the Corona disaster... I tried my best and kept at it for about 3 years... I've been doing this for about 3 years, but now that my real life is back to normal, I've been drinking out more and I basically don't do reviews for my outings 😚... I'm too drunk when I drink at home, so I'm too busy looking at your reviews 😆. I've been taking pictures of the drinks I've had as a reminder, so my reviews are a bit sketchy, but I'll get to it 😉. I want to be a good person 🙄. Oh, Mr. Nakanori... I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'd like to be a good reviewer. I still drink a lot of things regularly 😋.

Yamawa's local distribution brand Washiwagakuni Junmai Ginjo, brewed in the third brewing year of 2021 The usual June hanpukai sake from Kadoya Sake Shop 😋. That's what Rafa's review said 😝. I wonder if the Wasiguni brand is in the hanpukai about once a year? That's the 2 year old vintage ‼️ I'm not sure I'd still be drinking it if it weren't for this hanpukai 🤔. Thanks again to Kadoya for teaching me about various sakes 🥰!

Hanaboe's Mizuhashiro's Active Nigori Sake 😋. As usual, it took a little over 10 minutes to open the bottle in good spirits... I'm sure it will be a good one 😁. They seem to have changed the name this year to the stylish SODA POP 😳. But this name is perfect 👌. I can't call it "calpis soda" 😆. This type of drink is also addictive 🤣.

Here is the Tama Hibiki I bought along with the previous post. The alcohol content is 14.5%, which is 2 degrees higher than the previous Hiyori. The fruity and lightness of the mouthfeel is not so different 🤔. I think the Hiyori is more sour and greefruity, and this one is more grapey. It was 3 months ago... I'd rate the taste as mushy 😝. Anyway, the non-participation at that time led me to bring in a test brew at the recent Hankai Train Off-line Meeting 😁.

Garakudai no Hiyori. spec not listed so I'm not sure if it's right, but it's probably a low-alcohol sake with a low rice polishing ratio, around Junmai-Ginjo 😋. So it's very easy to drink 😊. It's refreshingly fruity and low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 🤣. Actually, this is the sake I was planning to bring to the Kansai Off-line Meeting @ Nara in June, along with either of the TAMA-KYOUKI (next post) 😁. I was surprised that many of the strong Kansai members hadn't tasted it yet... 😏. 😏. I was not able to attend due to my work schedule... 😭 😭 So I bought some sashimi the next day and drank it all with Tama Hibiki 🤩.

This was also the May hanpukai sake from Kadoya Sake Shop 😁. Many people have already picked it up and reviewed it 🤗. So I won't go into the details leading up to the release 😁. I think I was pretty much in the thick of it when I got it and drank it 😊. I remember thinking to myself "kadoya yaru yan ‼️" 😂. I know you tagged it as Nama Sake, but was it initially fire-aged? I think I heard recently that the raw sake is on sale... I think I did it the other way around 🙃. Already 3 months ago... I don't know 🤣

It's been a very exciting half month of drinking 🍶 since the end of August until yesterday 😁. Today is a day to relax a little bit 😆 Let's try to post past drinks 😆. This is the May hanpukai sake from the well-known Kadoya Sake Shop 😋! Every year they have a project with 19 year olds to have them experience the process of making rice and sake so that they can drink it when they turn 20 😊. The rice flavor is typical of junmai sake, but it is not harsh and smooth on the throat. As the temperature is raised, the smoothness becomes more pronounced, and the robust rice flavor moves down the throat 😋. This kind of sake is my favorite 🥰.

Sake brewed with test rice called cocoromi by Nakazen Shuzo, which brews Zenkichi and Nakanori, both of which are rapidly gaining popularity. This sake is made with test rice (Shinko No. 555). Hmmm... I don't remember the store where I bought it 😓. Probably the usual kadoya sake store 💦. I don't think it's hanpukai because there's no sticker, and if it's hanpukai, I think Rafa already reviewed it 🤔... But the note I keep on my iPad says it's refreshingly tart, light and tasty. I'm sure Rafa has already reviewed it if it's a hanpukai 🤔. I'm going to put a memo to post on sakéwani, which started as a reminder of the sake I drank... I'm a silly drinker who has fallen into a state of inversion 🤣.

The day before, I was waiting at my parents' house until opening time to pick up the hanpukai sake from Kadoya Brewery, when bouken-san informed me on a group line that Hata-san had this sake in stock for the first time in the Kansai region: ‼️ I'm a sucker for firsts, limited editions, and commemorative items, so I usually go home after driving to Kadoya, but I was in a hurry to get this sake, so I took my mom's bike and headed out 😆. So I went out on my bike to get this sake 😆 and got the one that was directly pumped 🤩. The next day I opened the bottle at home 😊. The taste is a combo of apple and grape acidity as per everyone's review 🥰. It's fresh and juicy, with a little bit of a direct pumping flavor. It is a very tasty sake with a fresh and juicy taste. I would like to try some of the others 😋.

I bought this sake for the first time looking for dry 😊. It's bamboo, not gold 😆. I wonder if it would be gold if I cos it is lol Well, cold jokes aside... I'm looking forward to the specs of +13 🥰. So I opened the bottle and took a sip. It's quite dry and refreshing, just the way I like it 😋. It's not light and smooth. It does not leave a heavy taste in the mouth. As the temperature rises, the range of flavors broadens and various umami can be felt 🤩. I've found a great sake! I would like to enjoy it heated again in the winter 😋.

The second hanpukai selected by Sumiko at Kadoya Sake Shop: ‼️ Here is another sake made with Yamada Nishiki, the keyword from last time. That's right 😊This time the plan was to have you drink and compare various sakes made with Yamada Nishiki 🤗. I have already had this sake the year before last when it was fire-brewed. I think this sake is also available raw, but I don't know which one it was this time😅. This FY-2 has a little more acidity than the standard junmai ginjo, which I prefer 😋. PS. This project lasted for 3 months, but only 2 bottles were introduced 😚. The reason why is because the first bottle was a special junmai of Jikin 😊. That's why I haven't been able to open the bottle yet🤣.

This sake is positioned as a Junmai Ginjo summer sake from Purple Space 🍶. This sake is also new to me 😁. I remember going to buy it because it was on my timeline a lot 😅 The taste has a nice balance of sweetness and sourness 😁. I thought it would be low alcohol since it's a summer sake but... It goes down your throat nicely for being 15 degrees ‼️ I'd like to try other sake as well since they are sold in various specs 😋.

Is this the first time for modern solid 🤔 Not my usual hanpukai, but Sumiko hanpukai for 3 months in a row 😁. It was the first of a project to select a bottle of sake and a bottle of wine each with a German wine wholesaler owned by a childhood friend of the owner in the neighborhood! Mukujin is made with Yamadanishiki, right? This will be the key word later on 😆. The taste is a bit sour with a strong acidity typical of Sengoku, but the sweetness that comes later balances the overall taste 😊. It's a very popular sake 😋. I don't pick it up and buy it myself anymore 😜.

It is said to be read as "Ageha" instead of "Ootori". The brewery is located in Kure, Hiroshima. Originally, the main brewery was a brand called Hana Hato, which is a noble sake 😁. It is a junmai ginjo-shu made with Senbon-nishiki (a type of Nishiki) 😊. The ginjo aroma is not very strong... The sweetness and umami taste is safe, more in line with recent popular sakes 🤔. Well balanced sake in a good way 😏. A little dry and I would say it's a bit bland overall and has no special character... So, I don't know if I'll buy and drink something with other sake rice next time... I don't think so 😓. Well, according to my research, it's only been brewed for a few years, so maybe I can try it again in a few years 😋.

Moretz interopened ALPHA The final chapter of the drinking comparison: ‼️ This sake is a TYPE2 pure large specs 😊. It's also being sold as a relief sake for the victims of last month's heavy rain: ☺️ We wish the victims a speedy recovery 🙇‍♂️ The rice polishing ratio is 22%, and there are special versions such as zaru-harvesting and mid-harvesting, but this time it's the normal version 🤗. The aroma is more intense than other TYPEs we've had so far, and it makes you want to drink it even before you start. The taste is more berry than grape, more strawberry than strawberry. This is the end of my review of ALPHA, but how many months has it already been 💦? There's still some left to go... I'll try to mix in some timely reviews from time to time... Let's keep it nonchalant 😘.

I just realized it's July. ‼️ I've been working 6 days in a row for 2 weeks in a row and I'm exhausted on Sunday 😂. Finally, the mid-year sales and clearance delivery is coming to an end, so I'm a little bit relaxed today 🥹. Let's list some of the things that have been piling up 🤗 Two more ALPHA series left... First of all, a tribute to TYPE6 No. 6 😊. Speaking of No.6 yeast, Shinsei ‼️ In fact, the only Shinsei I've ever had, including outings, is the Flaxcat I drank and posted about at a year-end party the other night. So I honestly don't know the characteristics of No. 6 😆. Well, is it more acidic than other sake using No.7? The sourness comes to the fore 😋. That's about all I can clearly feel: 😮‍💨 I still have a stupid tongue, but I know it's delicious 🤣. I drank it all up in one day 😜‼️😜

Kaze no Mori ALPHA series drinking comparison It's been a while since my last post, but it's still going on a bit... 😆 This time we have TYPE 5, subtitled "The Quest for Heated Sake". The label says "ver.7" which means it's been 7 years since the last one. I can't wait to try it and see how much it has evolved 😋. First, take it out of the fridge and open the bottle: ‼️ It is champagne gold with some color and the aroma is not that strong. A little sweetish caramelized aroma 😊. Even though it's designed to be heated, it's still very fresh and I can't tell any difference from other Kaze no Mori. It's delicious and satisfying enough to drink cold or chilled as it is 😋. But the recommended temperature is 30-35 degrees Celsius, so warm it up to that level. The color of the thermo seal has changed 🤩. Here's a sip! I see ‼️ the quality of the aroma has changed 🤔. The aroma has changed from sweetness to a mild yet refreshing aroma of delicious heated sake😍. The mouthfeel is soft and full with a refreshing flavor that is different from the cold one. I think it tastes best at 45 degrees Celsius 🤗.

That ...... It's leaking... 😳 Anastasia didn't post... 😵. I actually opened a bottle of Gekko today, belatedly, and am drinking it. And I was casually checking the past Koei Chrysanthemum posts and my beloved Anastasia is not up for this year... I checked my photo library and it's still there 😭 (I've been deleting them from the ones I've reviewed, so that's why they're still there 😂) Well, I don't need to talk about the taste now, but I bought a bottle this year and my son and I enjoyed it 😋. By the way, the alcohol content this year was higher than last year at 15 degrees 😊. I think the mouthfeel was stronger because of that. The exquisite greefiness was still there though 😋. The Gekko I'm drinking now is also delicious 😁‼️ I guess it will be a month before I review that one😅.

Next is ALPHA8 This sake is brewed with 100% brown rice, a brewing method I have never seen or heard of before. Well, I'm sure there are other breweries that make it... The taste... as it says on the back label, it's similar to the way beer is brewed, so it definitely has an amber color and a slightly savory, barley-like flavor 😋. But it still has a slight freshness that is typical of Kaze no Mori 😏.

Masha Hello 😃 I heard that Miyakanbai worked on something similar in the past but I think the only one that is available now is Kaze no Mori. I think the only one that's available now is Kaze no Mori. I like this one because of its savory flavor 😊.

Hi ☀️ I have 3 bottles of Wind Forest! Does brown rice mean it's not milled? So it's savory with a touch of Kaze no Mori shuwah 😁. I haven't had a Kaze no Mori in a long time 😰.

I'm still slacking on posting 😅 Second in the ALPHA series from last time 😋. This sake was brewed with the intention of exporting to overseas. I've been slacking on posting as usual... 😅This is the second bottle of the ALPHA series from last time. But when you drink it, it doesn't feel fire-brewed at all, it still has a freshness to it. ‼️ Once again, I realized the high potential of this sake brewery.
