This year we could only catch these red dragonflies... 😢 Including a dragonfly from a brewery in Tochigi 😅... This sake is positioned as a hiyaoroshi sake by Wakanami-san. The flavor is like biting into a green apple, gently spreading. Very good balance between elegant sweetness and acidity 😋. As with hiyaoroshi, warming it up removes the sweetness and gives it a more refreshing taste, which also makes it a good drink to go with the entrée 😊.

Ona hiyaoroshi 😊. Steady deliciousness already😍. Very clean taste and matured well, perfect for a mealtime sake ✌️. I think this kind of special junmai class is the best to drink while eating 😁. My 6 year old female musume (female) was also very tongue-tied by the taste 🤣.

It's been a while again... I've been so busy that I haven't had time to post 💦. I've been drinking at my normal pace though 🤣. The aroma is full and sweet. Like elegant yogurt? And when you put it in your mouth, it's full of a bit of strong schwash! But when it goes down your throat than sweetness, this is quite a dry taste 🤔. It's not the light type, it's more of a strong flavor type, but because it's dry and shwashy, I found it quite refreshing 🥰. Hanaboe...I like it😍.

I think this sake was from the August hanpukai at my usual liquor store... 😅I think I have the right information from Rafa's post, who bought the hanpukai at the same liquor store 😜. I only know the title of Glass Mask 🤣. I thought it might be a collaboration with some kind of temple until I read the description from the owner. or something... I thought maybe the brewer had reached a state of enlightenment.... or...(lol) I imagined many things! I didn't expect it to be inspired by that famous manga 😳. These days, not only the original flavor, but also the labels are collaborated with various artists, and each brewery is creative and full of fun 😁. There are so many things that make me want to buy the jackets, it's just so much fun 🥰. It's really hard to decide what to buy 😋.

August distribution sake at the usual Kadoya Sake Shop. We had to postpone the pickup for a week due to a corona outbreak... 😅 During this time of the year, the liquor store was forced to close temporarily because a family member of a staff member contracted the disease and was unable to come in to work due to the intense contact with the staff... Half a month has passed since then and the number of infected people seems to have finally settled down... However, it is still possible that some people may be infected two or three times, so it is important to be careful. This sake is a refreshing and refreshing type of sake. It was delicious with an excellent sharpness through the throat 😋.

I bought 4 junmai ginjos, so I bought only 5 junmai ginjos to compare 😁. I gave up to Junmai because I got 6 bottles in total... 😥... Maybe next time... ☺️ Around here, there is no special peculiarity in the flavor 😊. I think there was no big difference from the recent Suzuki's sake in a good way? It's a yeast that's still in use today 😋. But I think it has Suzuki's color.

Junmai Ginjo from the East Traveler series No. 4 by Banjo Kotobuki, which has become a familiar name for me ☺️. I bought this one late because the junmai sake was included in the July hanpukai 🥰. I wonder if there are only 5 and 8 left. When I visited the other day, there were already 8 in line 😵. Since we've been drinking so much, we have to make sure we buy some before they sell out 😋.

Junmai Ginjo-shu by Daikoku Masamune I guess it's an orthodox sake using Yume Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. As the label on the back says, it's perfect as a food sake. Well-balanced flavor that can be paired with a variety of foods.

It's been a while since my last post... Since Mr. Corona's visit to our home after the Bon Festival, I have been in a state of low spirits both in my personal and professional life... 😥... When I'm low, I drink more and more... 😓... I can't even post if I can't have a good mood drink 😭 I haven't even launched this app for almost a month... I'm still not in the mood for alcohol, but I need to keep a record of the drinks I've had. So I'll post about 5 bottles simply as a reminder. Second bottle of my favorite liquor store's July distribution item‼️. It contained the 4th junmai sake in the East Traveler series from Banjo Kotobuki! I have purchased two bottles each of Junmai and Junmai-Ginjo up to No. 3 so far 😊. Just as I was wondering when the fourth installment would be released, I saw the No. 4 and No. 5 in the fridge at the store. I asked the owner and he told me that they have already released the next 8 bottles.... I wanted to buy it, but I already had 3 bottles of Hanpukai sake and 3 more pre-ordered that day... I'd have no room in the fridge if I bought 8 bottles! More than that, there was a danger that I would have no place to go home! (As you can imagine, even the wife would be 👹🤣) So I gave up and went to the cashier to pay... Oh ❓East Traveler is in there... and it's a 4 No. Junmai! So I got one of them 💦. I really wanted to compare the two... Too long to preface... lol! As for the taste, I didn't feel any discomfort with the recent sakes because of the use of No. 4 yeast, compared to the previous series. It is comparable to the current Banjo Kotobuki. I felt that it was a time travel from the old days. But I'm still looking forward to the next installment 😁.

The second bottle of ministry️. July's hanpukai item from my usual liquor store! A mid-drop version of an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Yumeshin Shuzo, a well-known sake brewery. It's a Junmai Nakahudorari, so the flavor is quite robust, but the mouthfeel is smooth 😋. It's not heavy at all and you can drink it in many sips ✌️. It also has a good umami flavor, so it would be good to pair it with crisp sashimi and pickles 😊.

Obon vacation ended yesterday... I was so busy... I couldn't give you any reviews of the bottles opened before and during the vacation... 😓... I didn't get to see any of your posts 😭. I'll at least get as many up before work as I can! First one ️. Junmai Ginjo brewed with olive yeast by Nishino Kinryo in Kagawa🤗. This sake has a refreshing taste 😋. Every brewery is trying different challenges ☺️. I lived in Kagawa for 4 years when I was in high school. Back then, Ayagiku's brewery was near my high school and I remember going there to visit and shop under the guise of free research during summer vacation 😊. I see Ayagiku also has a sake with olive yeast! Let's drink and compare next time 😁.

After posting my last Miyazumi, I received a congratulatory message for my 200 check-ins and realized I had posted 200 😅... 😅. So I️ opened a bottle of this one that I️ had been waiting for since the end of the year and toasted 🤩. I've had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Yamamoto several times at events, and I love Koei Kiku 🥰. He has been brewing various kinds of sakes with different tastes, but Hello is definitely exceptional! Well, good luck with your next 300 or all the prefectures! 🤗🤗

I️ purchased this Junmai Ginjo from Miyazumi along with the July Hanpukai Sake at my regular favorite liquor store. Sake made with a sake rice called Fukunoka😊. Nowadays, Kezura is more famous in Japan, but everyone knows that this brand is the original sake brewed by this brewery, right? I usually reach for the 寫楽, but for some reason this time I was curious about this one and bought it! I'm not sure if it's because it's fire-aged, but it's less juicy than Keiraku, but it still has the right amount of sweetness and aroma. It was the right choice🙆♀️ after all! It's delicious 😋.

Is this your first time at Glorious Fuji? It's getting popular 🤩. I might have had a drink at a pub or something 😅 Looks like this is your first post on sakewa😊. I wonder if this one is classified as a summer sake by its name? It's a daiginjo, which means it has a fresh ginjo aroma 🤗. It has a sweet mouthfeel but a clean aftertaste! I've never heard of a sake rice called Manamusume before! There are so many different brands of sake rice in different regions. I can't tell you exactly what it is because I have a stupid tongue 😓. I'd like to try sake made with other sake rice.

Aizan ‼️ from the mixed brew series of Instrument Masamune. It's been a long time since I've seen a Gakki 😊. I think it's rare to find a mixed brew of Aiyama main 🤔. Sure enough, it was a one bottle limited sale... From the muscat aroma to the juicy taste unique to Aiyama 😋. But since it's a mixed brew series, it's not just Aizan... The taste is well-balanced without spoiling the goodness of Aizan.

Will it be a Gazanryu summer sake? The official name is Chouri Gazanryu Soyokaze 😊. It is a light drink with a refreshing aftertaste ‼️. As the name suggests, it was a fresh sake with a slight breeze blowing through your mouth 😋.
