Refreshing Summer Sake Fruity aroma, thick attack. Light and dry. Light and full-bodied. Accompanied by a summer evening set (shrimp and squid with sea urchin, deep-fried tofu, deep-fried eggplant, stewed beef tendon). So I had to refill my sake 🤣.
