The current brewer, Kenkazu Kusu, the seventh generation of the brewery's founder, personally brewed this sake, imagining it to be a sake like a flower blooming in the field. The sake is said to have a good balance of gently fragrant ginjo aroma, fresh and soft acidity, and sweetness.
First time drinking Niigata sake
It's a bit of a classic, but it's not too strong and not too bad.
