Satochanlight, flavorful, and juicy (flavour) Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is extremely light and tasty. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness. Today, we went to a sake brewery in Otsuki, Yamanashi. We had shaved ice with sakekasu at a stylish cafe. The bottle next to the shaved ice is brewed water. It is also delicious. Water is important after all 🤣.

Sakahomare is the pride of Fukui Prefecture and is used to make daiginjo. I thought I had to drink it with all my heart, but I had already drunk about half of it 🤣.
