I was thinking about where to buy it when I saw the name Miyoshiya Sake Brewery mentioned in a sakelabo video, so I decided "I have to buy it here first" and visited there for the first time in about 10 months. I had a chance to talk a little with the brewer about his 20-year relationship with the company, but I regretted that I forgot to ask him something important.
I was expecting a classic before the renewal, but the bubbles were unexpected. The dryness in the mouth gave me the impression of the snowman we had last year, but it was delicious with a citrus-like acidity, which is typical of Senkyoku. I would definitely like to drink the other two bottles.
Recently, I have been playing the remake of Dracula 3, but it is a problem that I rapidly become sleepy when I play it after drinking it;
