AKABU SNOW XMAS
The aroma is fresh but unobtrusive, with hints of sake yeast and various fruits.
The taste has a light sweetness with a refreshing acidity, and a hint of gas.
The oriki (oily juice) adds a smoothness to the sake that makes it easy to drink and enjoy.
And it's low alcohol (13%), so it's even easier to drink 😆.
Flavor through the nose? Sourness? I felt like the flavor or acidity through the nose was like Shinsei, but maybe that's just my imagination 🤔.
