Jikin Aizan Hi-iri The aroma is gorgeous and fruity with aromas of melon and pear 🍐🍈🍈. The taste is less sweet than expected and has a strong impression of the umami of the rice 🤔. It is a food sake with the umami of rice spreading in the mouth rather than sweet and umami 🍶. The acidity is mild and soft, which enhances the umami and makes it easy to drink 🍶☺️

Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori ～La neige d'été I bought Nagatoro because it had a subtitle like L'Arc-en-Ciel. La neige d'été is French for "summer snow", and the details of its origin have not been announced, but it is exactly what it looks like: ⛄️ When you open the bottle, you can taste green apple and alcohol 🍏. The aroma is mellow and fruity, like freshly picked green apples and pears 🥰. Tastes like the apple, the most apple-like sake I've ever had 🍎. It has a great sharpness and finishes with a slight bitterness. The inside of the mouth is clean and refreshing. After the second day, the sourness and bitterness become milder and the apple flavor becomes more mellow 😋. If I see it, I'll definitely buy it again. ☺️

Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri ~La fusion Nagatoro-kura is one of my favorite sake breweries. I bought it because it was a blend of "Arabashiri" and "Sesto". Since I am a novice who can't tell the difference in taste, I only thought it had a strong aroma of sake yeast at the time. I was only surprised by the strong aroma of the sake's yeast and thought it was a bit too strong. When I drank it again at Starbucks, it was so much easier to drink without such a peculiar smell of the yeast and I wondered why 🤔. At any rate, it was a delicious sake with a fruity and refreshing aftertaste with a touch of minerality, which is the current trend 🍶.

beginning of the wind I heard another customer telling the waiter, "Sake from Saitama tastes bad," and after the customer left, I was talking with the waiter about how there are many good sake breweries such as Sairai, Kahayo, and Nagatorogura... 😑. The aroma is a rich ginjo aroma. The taste is modest in comparison to the aroma, with a sweetness that quickly fades and leaves a bitter taste at the back of the throat. ☺️ As the name suggests, the sake is light and smooth and very easy to drink. I got the impression that it was a food sake with a gorgeous aroma 😋. Finally, I want to say this out loud ("There is a lot of good sake in Saitama! We're the 4th largest sake shipper in Japan!

Shinsei Yononokotori Sake from the Shinmasa Hanpukai 🍶 I had the Karoura at another place before, so this time I'll have the Yonokotori. I drank Karoura at another place before, so this time I'll have Yonokotori (-ө-). It's moderately priced, but it's a precious Yonokotori, so I won't spare it. 🐦‍🔥 The aroma is weak, but there is an apple-like fruitiness in the aroma 🍎. The taste is light and gaseous with pineapple and green apple flavors combined with acidity and 8% alcohol.

Ikki left horse, Rider -Uma-uma-uma-uma I bought this bottle because of "What's "Uma-Uma"? It's my first time drinking it. ☺️ It says "be careful not to blow up" but nothing happened 😑. The flavor of the rice is full of flavor, and the tongue is tender, which is the great thing about nigori sake! But the sharpness is excellent and it doesn't leave any residue in the mouth 🍶.

Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi The second cup of Kame-san, which I always drink 🐢. I love the taste of the rice, as if only the really good parts of the rice have been extracted, and I would definitely drink it if I saw it 😋. It's not sweet, but you can taste the full flavor of the rice, which gives the impression of a really good sake 🥰. It would be great if I could buy it regularly 🥺. I only have one bottle in stock at home so I can't drink it easily 😭 Personally, it's harder to get than Jikin Shinmasa 🥹.

Shinsei No.6 X-type We went to our usual izakaya (Japanese style pub) 🏃‍♂️ When I was wondering what to drink, the master whispered in my ear from behind, "We have a bottle of X-type that hasn't been opened yet", and I was led to it successfully 😂. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, yet gentle and elegant, and it's a true masterpiece 😌. It has a fresh fruitiness like white peaches and pears, and at this point, I'm already satisfied 🤤. The mouthfeel is gentle with a slight sparkling sensation, and the sweet juicy taste of white peaches spreads richly in the stimulation, satisfying our desire for sake. ☺️ The acidity is milder and mellower than the others in the series, and it's also the most delicious 😋.

Etsukaijin Tono Kame-no-o Yamahai Unfiltered Nama When I poured it into a glass, thinking that it would have a classic heavy-boned and massive taste because it is an old sake, the unique, massive and complex aroma of old sake spread quickly throughout my nose 😳. The taste is as I imagined it would be, a strong rice flavor... It has a complex flavor like smoked fish, like natto, but it has a nice sharpness, and once you get used to it, you won't even notice the strong habit... or maybe you won't 🙄 .... I heard it is recommended to be heated, so I will use Tanukichi to heat it up after a long time ⓿ᴥ⓿. The aroma changed to a mellow flavor and turned into a sake that makes me want to eat oden😳 The sip of this sake has a tongue-tightening acidity, and the alcohol comes with a kick and a thud, just like a heavy-boned, heavy-duty sake should 😋. The spiky corners have been removed so that it can be drunk roundly and softly. ☺️ It matched with Oden best 🍢. Also changed the display in the back 😌.

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hi-iri So, we will start again to conquer the second week of Hanamup. 🏃‍♂️ The elegant and gorgeous aroma that reminds me of ripe tropical fruits is wonderful ☺️ I wish they would sell Hanamup Kosui or something like that 🤔. When you sip it, it has a rich sweet taste accented with juicy acidity. The rich sweetness like white peach or mango spreads in the mouth, and it is intertwined with the umami of rice in a dense and satisfying taste 😳. This was unquestionably a juicy, sweet, and tasty dish!

Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki We have finally conquered all of Hanamup 🥳✨! Starting with Omachi and ending with Yamadanishiki! I will start again with Omachi 😋! We will have it again at Starbucks, the place where our hearts are based! Hanamup's unique, gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma is irresistible. ☺️ In the mouth, the clear sweetness and rich umami of the rice spreads out, and the surprisingly natural and mild acidity is in harmony with it, making it the sweetest and juiciest 😋! It is said to be less sweet than Aizan, but it is still a sweet sake with a sake strength of -7.5. ☺️ As a member of the Sweet and Juicy Society, it was sweet and juicy enough for me ✨. Now I want to enjoy it at home 🍶.

Shinsei Flax Cat Spark It's been a while since I've seen a notice of a bottle opening, so I rush to the bottle first thing in the morning 😋. I heard that sparkling sake is rarely opened because it loses gas when opened, and this time it happened to be the right day to go and the right time to open the bottle. ☺️ When poured into a glass, the wine has a refreshing aroma of grapefruit and citrus fruits with a hint of acidity 🍊. Sanndo Yamadanishiki Shichinanou brewery The highest peak of this season's San-do, combining seven elements. In addition to the 6 elements, they use the old brewing method "shiori", which in short is a super-slow brewing method 🤔. They say it takes 2 months to create the complex acidity and umami to make a delicious sake ✨. I love San-Do so I bought 2 bottles anyway 🫥. We were just talking about having a BBQ at my wife's parents' house, so I was excited to bring some along with me. ☺️ The result was that it was rained out 🙄. I'm not a BBQ person, but I'm a Bronco Billy. We all toasted to our spirits over snacks and drinks 🍻. The bubbles are so fizzy when you pour it into a glass 😳. So bubbly you'd think it was sparkling 🫧. Dense muscat and green apple like fruity aroma stimulates the desire for alcohol 🤤. One sip and... Mmmm! This drink is too easy to drink! Slight carbonation & minerality with the clear sweetness of muscat. The sake is so light and smooth that you can drink it in small gulps! The acidity is not too assertive, and it is followed by the acidity that brings it all together 😳. It has no peculiarities at all and is a dangerous sake that you can drink as if it were a soft drink after a workout on a hot day 🤤✨. I'm glad I bought two bottles 🥹. I also bought a bottle of Hozasu Shichinonou brew.

Eiko Fuji Sanctuary I had a chance to drink Sanctuary at Starbucks before, and now that I have a chance to drink it at home, I opened it 😋. It's a high spec unfiltered raw sake made from Yamada-Nishiki polished up to 35%. When poured into a glass, it has a fresh and lush aroma like squeezed melon or strawberry 🤤. The mouthfeel is silky and the freshness is emphasized by a slight gassiness that is typical of unfiltered sake, and the sweetness and acidity are in harmony without fighting each other. As the temperature rises, the fruity aroma swells and becomes sweeter and juicier 🥳. As expected of Eiko Fuji's flagship 👏. It was a very satisfying sake. ☺️

Nagatoro Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku Ichiro18 posted Nagatorogura, so I'll jump on the bandwagon 😌. The reason why there are two bottles is because I splurged like an idiot on one bottle with Jigokan and another bottle with another Jigokan on a different day 🙄. My wife scolded me for this 😭. I love Nagatoro-san to begin with, so I will at least take my time to enjoy it 🥺. The aroma is modest, but the elegant ginjo aroma tickles the nose, and the fruity aroma of young melon🍈 and apple🍎 wafts softly through the air. ☺️ It has a gorgeous impression and seems to be quite easy to drink 😆. The first sip reveals a clean texture with no clutter and a pleasantly smooth feel on the tongue 😋. It is a delicate sake with a juicy sweetness like fruit at first, followed by an elegant acidity that flows through the entire bottle 🥰. There is a slight bitterness at the end, but it is easy to drink as the umami is not bothersome from the second sip 😌✨. It has a nice sharpness and is not too sweet, so I recommend it as a food sake 😆.

Shinsei No.6 S-type Complex fruity aroma wafted from the poured glass, with a hint of strawberry and peach 🤔. When you take a sip, the concentrated rice flavor spreads in the soft mouthfeel, and the juicy sweet and sour grapefruit-like flavor lingers in the mouth. ☺️ It has a nice sharpness and minimal bitterness, making it the type of sake that you won't get tired of drinking 🍶. The 13% alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and I'm afraid I drink too much of all Niimasa's sake 🤤. By the way, they had a drawing for X the other day for a long time 🤔.

Ryujinmaru Junmai Daiginjo Bag Hanging Shizukutori We opened the flagship of Ryujinmaru for the 100 check-in: ☺️ By the way, this is my first Ryujinmaru 🐲🐲🐲. I'm a luxury man 🐉🐲🐲. The opening of the bottle is so luxurious 😳 It's the type of mouth you have to clink to open it 🙄. When you pour it into a glass, you can smell the full sweet aroma, it's like being surrounded by ripe grapes, the fruity aroma is enchanting ☺️ Now take a sip 🍶. Wow! It's a clear, sweet and delicious type! The aroma of Muscat and Kyoho grapes after you take a sip is amazing 😳✨. The smooth and silky texture of the sake... At first I felt alcohol at the back of my throat, but from the second sip, the umami sweetness of the rice spreads in my mouth. Finished with no bitterness at all 🥰. When it is left for a little while to get close to room temperature, the sweetness and umami will expand and the sense of satisfaction will increase 😆 Delicious Sake! After the 2nd day The flavor of the sake's traditional sake yeast comes out a little, but the corners that were not there originally become more rounded and the sweet and tasty taste becomes more mellow 😳. It's sweet and umami, but it's also very crisp and clean, so it's a versatile sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal drink. I would say it's more of a stand-alone 🤔. I'm interested in the other Ryujinmaru 🤔
