I went to the brewery earlier this year to buy a bottle 😋 and drank it.
I'll be drinking it at Starbucks again at the end of the year✨
The aroma is full of mellow lactic acidity and the smell of sweet rice 🌾.
The taste is full of the rich umami and sweetness of the rice, and it finishes quickly after passing the throat 🥰.
It has a wonderful sharpness that can be used as a mid-meal drink.
It was a sake that was delicious twice at once, with good flavor and sharpness. ‼️
