Tetorigawa Nigori Sake Shirajyu
A customer who was paying the bill was talking to the waiter, "This year's Tedorigawa Nigori was delicious". I was surprised and ordered it.
It has a mildly fruity flavor with a combination of sourness, sweetness, and crispness that makes it refreshing and cool to drink 😋.
When you add the oli, the richness and creaminess increases and the sweetness becomes stronger.
Sweet but crisp and refreshing in the second half of the drink ☺️
