A bit of a sake yeast yeast aroma, but the bitter flavor is the same as ever 😳.
The bitterness has mellowed compared to the ginjo, making it lighter and easier to drink 😌.
The astringent bitterness lingers in the back of the throat.
Maybe Kagamiyama is good for hot sake...?
