You can smell it even from a little distance.
The first sip has a clear, transparent flavor with a sweet, umami taste that is moist and tangy on the tongue, and is refined and delicious 🥰.
The bitter taste remains at the end, but it's not bothersome at all 😳.
The sharpness towards the latter half of the flavor was also amazing and a great match for my favorite whelk 😋✨.
