A selection of seasonal summer sake from our lineup. It was a delicious summer sake with a crisp, clean taste and a hint of sweetness from the rice ^ ^.

MAMIKO-chan konbanhaha! I just came back from Akita 💨💨. I heard you can drink super hot! (Holy shit!) Amazing! I'm still only a little spicy....
Japanese>English

Pon-chan, good morning~(*^^*) It's super spicy, but the alcohol content is only 16 degrees, so it's easy to drink. ^^^Slightly sweet and refreshing, it's the kind of sake I'd like to drink again on a hot day.

Good morning, Erin! I'm so glad you went to Akita 🚗^ ^ ^ In the past few days, there have been many reports of bears🐻 in my hometown, Nikaho City! I wish there was a sake for bears🐻🍶.

Kameido and Kameido...it seems to be a Kyoto sake called Kameido that can only be bought at a certain sake shop in Kameido, Tokyo ^ ^. I was curious about this sake because it was recommended by the izakaya I went to today, and it was a dry sake with an undisclosed taste 🍶, easy to drink and refreshing. It went well with the sashimi of red tuna and seared sea bream, and it was not too spicy nor too sweet, and was as easy to drink as described.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃん
Good evening, mamiko! I thought it was a Tokyo sake when I saw the label, but it's a Fushimi sake 😳️‼️and that's rare too! Kyoto sake tastes sweet, but this one is dry. It looks like it would go well with a meal.
Japanese>English
mamiko
Good evening, Pon-chan! I, too, was surprised to know that Kyoto's sake is 🍶! ^ ^ I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it's a connection to the "Meido", but it was an unregistered sake.... I've been drinking a lot of Kyoto sake lately.

I found a one-cup bottle of Momokawa nigorizake (nigori sake), which I used to drink at an izakaya, at a supermarket I frequent. It was sweet and delicious, so I didn't hesitate to put it in my basket ^ ^. Every time I go to the supermarket, I check to see if it's there. I'm going to stock up before they run out on the shelves.

At the first Italian restaurant and beer hall, we drank a bottle of red wine (for two people). At the second standing bar, we drank green tea and sipped it. ...and the last drink we had was this nigori sake (*´-`) It was dry and refreshing, and went perfectly with the fried tofu and fried prawns.... I was told that there was "Takashimizu", "Ichinokura", and "Hakkaisan", but I stubbornly chose this nigorizake for today's mood.

The second bottle of the Kizakura Hanneri set The label and bottle color are spring-like, but it was chilled to a crisp, so it was the perfect sake for today's hot weather. A sip with a slight floral aroma... Sweet and tasty...but with a refreshing aftertaste. The alcohol content is 12 degrees, so it was really easy to drink ^ ^. The slightly sweet and refreshing sake is my favorite 🍶, not to be outdone by the tangy taste of fried cabbage and egg with mustard mayo or stewed eggplant with plenty of shichimi (seven spice flavors). Of course, it goes perfectly with the main dish of meat and potatoes, and with nameko mushrooms and spinach with salted lemon dressing! This sake 🍶 can be used with any flavor 🍶.

While I was out today, I bought some side dishes at a department store I rarely go to ˃˃˃. Cured ham, cheese, duck in tea and other western style snacks... I was going to drink a glass of chilled white wine, but then I saw this sake that was also chilled and waiting for its turn to be served. I remembered that prosciutto salad was listed as one of the recommended dishes for this sake, so I decided to try it with it ^ ^. Fruity aroma, slightly sweet and gentle sake 🍶♪ It goes well with both prosciutto and cheese. It was a 500ml bottle, so it was gone in no time.

I saw Eirin's review of Houou Mita and thought it was a brand I'd had a little bit of before and enjoyed, and then I had an epiphany! I realized that Hououmida's Mikan🍊 sake has been sitting in my fridge for about a month waiting for its turn to be served. And today I finally opened the bottle ✨. I came home after having a lunchtime drink outside, but something was a bit lacking lol. I had it with sponge cake for a snack.... Yes! It's mashed tangerine juice 🍊! I think I would drink it all at once if it was left in front of me, so I poured a glass of it and asked it to go back to the fridge right after I poured it. But ...... It's been a long time since I had a dinner by myself, so I drank sake for the first time in a while. I've been drinking too much wine and shochu recently, so I drank only one glass today. We had some leftover dishes from last night. Gulping down nuts and dried fruits.... Of course, it is empty in no time at all. It was easy to drink without fighting with any of the snacks, but the last two sips gave me a strong alcoholic feeling in my throat ^ ^ ^. And...
