We are currently away from home.
Usually, two people tend to drink up a four-pack of sake 🍶 on the day of opening the bottle.
This is the perfect chance to enjoy the taste change❣️(๑˃˃˃)
...so we decided to enjoy the Purple Gakky that was waiting for its turn in the fridge ❣️....
Just received some Niigata tea beans that I look forward to every year, so there's some good snacks too! And I'm excited... ♪

The first day of opening the bottle.... When I poured it into the glass, I could smell the sweet aroma of pears, which increased my excitement ⤴️(๑˃˃˃).
When I drank it, I found it to be refreshingly sweet and delicious 🎶and the slight bitterness that comes afterwards is also good 🎶I liked the taste ♡.
The 2nd day.... When I poured it into a glass, I felt the aroma became lighter. However, the sweetness is more and more delicious❣️As I sipped it, the sweet aroma from the glass became stronger, but the aroma was different from the first day... yes, it's melon! Pear became melon. lol
The 3rd day.... The aroma and sweetness faded and it felt light and refreshingly sweet, but it was delicious all the way through (*´-`)
The second day's Gakky-san with more sweetness was my favorite ♡(๑˃˃˃)
