I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same.
It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent.
There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?
