I found it to be my personal best of what I drank today. Compared to Hakuginkai and Jyushiyo, it has a structure (dry sharpness) that is typical of sake, in a good way, and this moderate dryness makes it more satisfying when paired with a meal. Although the taste was somewhat dry, it had a beautiful sharpness, and was a clear and easy-to-drink gem without any cloying taste.

It is the first cold chrysanthemum! I drank "OCEAN99 Hakuginkai -Snow Sea-". It tastes just like Calpis soda (lactobacillus soda)! The level of reproduction is astonishing. However, because of the high level of reproduction, it was not beyond my imagination, for better or worse. I could not find any "better" elements, and I felt that if you are looking for this taste, the original might be more satisfying, including the cost. I regret that I expected too much....

I drank it in one easy gulp and was surprised to learn that the alcohol content was 18%. The flavor of the rice, coupled with its moderate flavor and slight carbonation, makes it an ideal food sake that is very easy to drink and will keep you coming back for more (you will drink too much before you know it). (It is an ideal food sake that will keep you coming back for more (and before you know it, you'll be drinking too much). I finished a bottle with my father in no time, and now I am very drunk, but I am very satisfied with its taste. (Drunk)

Alcohol 20! I am 29 years old and I like it a lot. Do you have times when you feel like getting drunk quickly? Personally, I would like to drink it while eating strong-flavored Iekei Ramen, etc. I wonder if sake used to have a higher alcohol content?

When I first drank it, it was sweet and fruity but had a unique aftertaste (spicy? sour?). sourness?) However, by the second or third glass, the uniqueness became addictive and I kept on drinking. However, the alcohol content is 17%, so it makes me drunk. I feel light-headed. As a local, I am happy when local Chiba sake tastes good! (Postscript) The second day after opening, the aftertaste becomes milder and different. This makes me drink it with gusto.

It has been a while since I had a fruity sake. I was not fond of fruity sake with too strong an aroma, but this time I was able to enjoy it very much. Especially, it was a perfect combination with ankou-nabe (anglerfish stew). Although the aroma was strong, it did not interfere with the flavor of the ankou nabe, but rather seemed to enhance it. It was the best pairing! (Drunk)
