Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA㉕ Koshino-Kanchubai] and [Chojamori] booths. Niigata Meisho brewery with many brands. This time, we tasted a series of sake that we were interested in because of its impressive label, which was planned and produced by about 15 members of "Niigata Bikozo," a women's community that enjoys sake. The leader of "Niigata Bikozo" is Kazue Murayama, a professor at a junior college in Niigata who makes sake only once every five years. Onna Mori] The sake is very limited, and the fact that it will be finished after this event makes it very tempting to buy. A Junmai Ginjo with a gentle sweetness. Otoko Katsu A real dry sake with a crisp aftertaste. Usugurenai A blend of Onnamori and Otokokatsu, soaked in a red wine barrel. It has a reddish color and a slight wine flavor, but tastes like sake. This is my favorite type. At this point, Mr. Sakeran turned back and appeared. Back to the recommended Echigo Toji, again.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA㉕ There are so many brands that it is hard to know which one is the main one. I was torn between Koshino-Kanchubai and Chojamori, but I'll check in with Koshino-Kanchubai! I've had Fuyushogun and N-888 from this brewery in the past! I drank Onjamori Junmai Ginjo Sweet type. Fruity, sweet and delicious! Otoko-Katsu Junmai Ginjo Dry type. Crisp and dry, but tasty. Usukurenai Junmai Ginjo This sake is a blend of Onna-mori and Otokomori and stored in wine barrels. It is lightly colored. Maybe it's the color, maybe it's the barrel, but it feels like wine. While I was at this booth, Mr. Sakeran appeared and I moved to the Echigo Touji booth for the second time!
