I went to Asakusa early today.
It is mild on the palate and very easy to drink. This is the kind of sake that I don't like.
eijiAs the label suggests, it is soft, clean, and easy to drink.
It is from Aizu, the same region as the previous Toko.
It ends up being a Tohoku sake.
eijiI went on a tour of this Toko brewery some years ago.
I had planned to visit again this past April, but had to cancel on short notice.
I enjoyed it just for the sake.

A cup made with Hyogo-Kitanishiki sake rice. With a citrusy flavor, this is a cup that could be drunk endlessly if the bottle were on its side. The fresh acidity will make you fall in love with it.
