Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

I'm not feeling well, so I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but a classmate from junior high school, who I haven't seen in a while, invited me out for a drink and I ended up having one. Oh well. I found a nice bottle of Naotora and had it. It's so good that I remember it tastes good even when I'm drunk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the freshness is dominant and the flavor is good. I drink at a restaurant where young people seem to congregate. The owner, who says he is a big fan of Koyama Shoten, introduces us to some Koyama Shoten originals. Next to Tamitsu is Naotora. I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

Whale wave is next. I thought it was your first time in Gifu Prefecture and you got one 😊. The aroma is fresh and fruity by nature, with a slight hint of hineyness, perhaps because the bottle was opened 3 months later. Well-balanced fruity. Almost no acidity. A full-bodied flavor softly appears at the end of the bottle. Although it is a draft sake, it is quite soft and mild. Maybe soft water? 🤔 It is best served cold or chilled. We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The owner was very kind and explained a lot about sake, and when I told him I prefer fruity sake, he recommended this sake. When I asked him about the meaning of "oishu", he told me that it means to store new sake at a low temperature for a long time. It was a good learning experience. It stung me because I like it sweet.
