I'm not feeling well, so I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but a classmate from junior high school, who I haven't seen in a while, invited me out for a drink and I ended up having one. Oh well. I found a nice bottle of Naotora and had it. It's so good that I remember it tastes good even when I'm drunk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the freshness is dominant and the flavor is good. Isn't the difference between it and the ordinary Naotora too drastic?

I drink at a restaurant where young people seem to congregate. The owner, who says he is a big fan of Koyama Shoten, introduces us to some Koyama Shoten originals. Next to Tamitsu is Naotora. The aroma is mild 🤔I can feel the umami of rice in the mouth 😚 I can feel a little sweetness, but it goes down smoothly 😊. I felt it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food or as a stand-alone sake 🥳.

We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The owner was very kind and explained a lot about sake, and when I told him I prefer fruity sake, he recommended this sake. When I asked him about the meaning of "oishu", he told me that it means to store new sake at a low temperature for a long time. It was a good learning experience. It stung me because I like it sweet. Thank you to the owner who introduced me to this delicious sake.

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

Whale wave is next. I thought it was your first time in Gifu Prefecture and you got one 😊. The aroma is fresh and fruity by nature, with a slight hint of hineyness, perhaps because the bottle was opened 3 months later. Well-balanced fruity. Almost no acidity. I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

The sake is made and labeled in a way that takes advantage of the climate of Oarai, Ibaraki. It is refreshingly dry when served cold. When heated, it becomes more floral and friendly. I'd like to try it with sea bream or flatfish from Oarai.

Rice used is Oarai-grown Chiyonishiki It is more rough than fresh. However, it is not rough at all. It has a refreshing taste, and the umami of the rice spreads slowly. I've had many Tsuki no I's with this kind of atmosphere! I think it will probably become milder and more flavorful with aging, but I like it better as it is because it has its own personality.

When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was dry. It also has a savory aroma like steamed rice. The dry, light flavor and the richness of Junmai are well balanced on the palate, giving it a slippery sensation. The acidity also makes it taste slightly citrus-like 🍊. It smells like ginjo, and in a good way, it is not like Junmai! The aftertaste is also refreshing and easy to drink from start to finish👍. I thought it would be a simple dry sake, but it was surprisingly fruity and refreshingly delicious!
