Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness. Once again, I realize that it is a local sake. Thank you very much!

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

Naohiko Noguchi Institute I wanted to try. Smells like caramel and grain. It has a dry, drinkable, honey-like sweetness, a strong flavor, powerful acidity, and a clean aftertaste with enough stimulation to numb the tongue. Delicious. Impact like a whiskey. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is. It is a great match for fish, and the fish becomes twice as good with the support. I should have bought another kind. Second day. The second day was also good.

I'm not feeling well, so I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but a classmate from junior high school, who I haven't seen in a while, invited me out for a drink and I ended up having one. Oh well. I found a nice bottle of Naotora and had it. It's so good that I remember it tastes good even when I'm drunk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the freshness is dominant and the flavor is good. Isn't the difference between it and the ordinary Naotora too drastic?

I drink at a restaurant where young people seem to congregate. The owner, who says he is a big fan of Koyama Shoten, introduces us to some Koyama Shoten originals. Next to Tamitsu is Naotora. Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. The long corridor and historic appearance of the Kibitsu Shrine that we visited afterwards was truly heartwarming 🍑. After exploring, we crossed the Seto Inland Sea and drank a glass of Kibi-shu 🍶. When you open the bottle, you will find a deep aroma of nuts and chestnuts. The mouthfeel is slippery and dry. It is full-bodied with a punch of acidity and astringency, as well as a full-bodied rice flavor. It has a presence like nuts and bitter chocolate. Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. The sharpness isn't bad either, and it's perfect as a sake for a meal. I thought it was good for everyday drinking. That's about all I can say for a 1-gallon bottle...

The sake is made and labeled in a way that takes advantage of the climate of Oarai, Ibaraki. It is refreshingly dry when served cold. When heated, it becomes more floral and friendly. I'd like to try it with sea bream or flatfish from Oarai.

Rice used is Oarai-grown Chiyonishiki It is more rough than fresh. However, it is not rough at all. It has a refreshing taste, and the umami of the rice spreads slowly. I've had many Tsuki no I's with this kind of atmosphere! I think it will probably become milder and more flavorful with aging, but I like it better as it is because it has its own personality.

Mishio Junmai Ginjo Omachi 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15-16%. Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.8 (reference) Fat 5/7, opened 5/23 I wanted to drink a dry sake from Kochi and was attracted by the label that looked like a pattern of playing cards I used to have at my parents' house 🤣. The brand "Bishio" is a new brand that started in 2014. It is one of the Junmai Ginjo series that is based on the concept of "elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey" and is part of a trilogy that includes "Kitashizuku", "Gin no Yume", and "Omachi". The aroma is almost imperceptible after opening the bottle. In the mouth, it has a fruity, fruity aroma and flavor, but at the same time, the alcohol is very strong. The acidity is moderate and not harsh. The acidity is not too strong, but it's more spicy and tingling than the number 😅. I tried to drink it after 4 days, which is unusual for me, but although the mouthfeel got better, the strong alcohol feeling didn't go away. The aftertaste is light, so it would be classified as light-dry. It's like a Tosa sake in that respect 😊. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and was disappointing 😅. Oh! Maybe I should have tried heating it up 🤔.
