It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

Jyuemon" by Toshimaya Shuzo, well-known for Yamori... it's a stone's throw away! Nakadori unfiltered raw sake, fresh and crisp... Hachitan-nishiki has a nice aroma... my favorite fruity flavor... and the mouthfeel... a good bitterness of sweetness and bitterness, followed by the sharpness of Hachitan-nishiki!
