This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before.
