I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Nice to meet you! I'm Shota ^_^ I have never had sake brewed with Hakutsuru-Nishiki. It seems that Jikin and Atago no Matsu also use this sake rice. I would like to try it, but Jikin-san is hard to find.

Nice to meet you Shota 😊. Jikin itself is hard to get, so I think Hakutsuru-nishiki would be even harder to get 😥I have the impression that it is easier to get it from this brewery as it comes to department stores in Kansai regularly 😃.
