Sake received in the middle of the year.
Balanced sweetness, acidity and bitterness after a cool and slightly carbonated taste.
It is perfect for the hot summer we are having right now!
It has a pleasantly fruity sweetness with just the right amount of acidity!
This is the perfect sake for this season (currently around July 18), and you will drink so much of it that you will lose track of how much you are drinking!
This is my first time drinking sake.
I poured it into a glass and noticed it was a little cloudy.
As I drank it, I found it to be just as the name implies: a summer sake that goes down smoothly and without a hitch...
Moreover, it has a strong flavor.
Sake that I bought in jackets.
It has a viscosity when poured into a glass, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a dry taste that I love, which I have not had recently.
It reminded me of a sake I drank a long time ago that was full of flavor.
First time in half a year, Takeba.
It goes into the mouth smoothly, and a moderate sourness spreads in the mouth. The sweetness comes later and is just right for me.
The last time I had this sake was a freshly squeezed raw sake, but this is a different Takeba!
After the sourness and sweetness,
After the sourness and sweetness, I felt some lactic acid bacteria beverage!
Then came the pungency...
It was a very fresh first saké.
Freshness in the mouth, sweetness followed by a good balance of acidity and bitterness.
I would like to try a version other than the extra issue if I get a chance.
It has a refreshing taste and a pleasant mouthfeel. An all-round sake that goes well with any meal.
I found a page that says it is suitable for heating up, so I want to try it next time!
My first alcoholic beverage. I picked it up because of the science brothers on the label! was the deciding factor.
The spiciness from the sweet mouthfeel is very pleasant. I could feel a slight carbonation, but the spiciness made me feel it.
Until the end of the year,
annual drink that I had been waiting to drink.
It comes with a good sweetness and sourness,
The schwashiness is the best! Delicious!
I will say it again, this year's nouveau will be another!
My first Gifu sake.
It was a nostalgic sake that made me wonder if I had had it before.
I like the balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness after it goes down smoothly.
Recommended by a friend.
Feels fresh,
The acidity after the elegant sweetness is delicious!
I didn't know it when I was drinking it. ....
18 degrees banzai!
I couldn't forget the delicious taste of the 19° Tamagawa Yamahai Junmai Sake I had in Kyoto, so I bought some after I returned home.
As soon as I put it in my mouth, I felt freshness and a slight carbonation, and the sweetness was followed by a nice spiciness.
Sake with a clear aroma and a thickened taste, but it comes in easily.
It is quite dry, with a pungent spiciness that comes later.
We are currently enjoying it with a mushroom hot pot.
It is delicious!
First time drinking.
It was my favorite sake, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. As the word-of-mouth review says, I could taste the strawberry flavor. However, the aroma is not so strong.
