Sake Nouveau 2025
This is my usual sake at this time of the year, Sakasui no Dawn.
I wanted to drink it immediately after purchase, but I held out and let it sit in the refrigerator for a month. As usual, the sweet and spicy taste from the slight carbonation is to my liking.
