The last of the Saga Sake is Ko-Imari Actually I drank 2 kinds of Aizu Homare before Ko-Imari😅 I searched for it and found out that it is an Imari limited sake! The sweetness is quite strong. It's a bit heavy sweetness. I think the sweetness is stronger than other Ko-Imari sake I have had. I would like to drink some raw sake of this if there is such a thing.

I bought a rare pre-natural sake that I was curious about when I saw Mariponnu's post. And it was an active nigori 🌟. It was supposed to be a spouting caution, but the liquid level didn't come up at all and the bottle opened quietly😁. When poured into a glass, it is quite solid and nigori. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's also very juicy and gassy. I thought for a moment that I could drink it quickly and easily after a bath... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. It was a bit like makgeolli, so I served it with kimchi and Korean seaweed and it was a great match 😆😆. I'm sure it would go well with grilled meat too😋.

This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The fifth sake was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Gin The fifth cup was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginzoku Gekidaku. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness. It is a dry sake that is thick, but has a nice sharpness and is very refreshing to drink. It is a dry sake that can be drunk very refreshingly. Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. We are looking forward to adding this sake to our lineup next year and beyond 😊.

Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up. I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake. As for the sake, the aroma is like apples. When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅. The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it. It is easy to drink. The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.
