Yamagata "Haeganuki Hiyoroshi" (Hiyori)
It is made from "Haenuki" rice produced in Sakata City.
It has a mildly dry taste and went well with the hamburger set 😄.
The katakana "fumotoi" comes to mind, but the kanji "fumotoi" and the calligraphy on the label (seal script, perhaps?) are also nice 👍. The kanji "fumotoi" and the font on the label (seal script?) are also nice👍.
