Toyama Nanto Sake #2 from my parents' house. It is so refreshing that you can drink it without hesitation. I want to eat yellowtail. Once upon a time, when I participated in the volunteer work of shoveling snow in Nanto with my brother, I remember the sake "Tateyama" was served at the party. We poured it into a cup and drank it with the locals in a lively gulp.

The first bottle of Tokuwaka's year-end bargain set. Fire-aged Junmai sake. It has a pale golden color with a mellow sake-like taste. You can enjoy its sweet aroma and smokiness. It is a great drink to serve with the sweet potato and konnyaku I made in the morning. It is a reliable sake. I'm going to visit the brewery next year. I hear there will be a huge line.

At Sniper's in the Yotsubashi Building. The third drink. Nice label. I heated it up, but I think I'd like it chilled and served in a wine glass. Maybe I'll give it to my mother as a birthday present. My coworker ordered some mukago, and it was amazing. Mukago is the best accompaniment.

At Sniper's in the Yotsubashi Building. My second drink. I have to admit that when I drink with others, I don't really remember what the drinks taste like. I checked Motosaka Sake Brewery's website again later and fell in love with their cool website. Ise-Nishiki! I didn't know they had such a thing.

Sniper on the basement floor of Yotsubashi Building. A little drinking with my colleague from Iwate. So we drank Iwate sake. The sake was as gorgeous and easy to drink as the lovely label. The variation is amazing. I want to try the army label.

Senbero at Sniper's in the basement of Yotsubashi Station. Ura Kasumi. Not "gasumi". The taste is gentle, with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Easy to drink and makes you want another glass. The three kinds of sake are the best. I want to make cauliflower as a reserve dish.

Marukin Sake Shop in Minami Shinmachi. I often stop by after jogging in Osaka Castle. They have a variety of one-cup sake in the fridge that you can heat up yourself. Panda One Cup is not from Wakayama or Ueno, but from Gifu.

Took my brothers and I on a tour of the Takezumi brewery. The limited-edition sake given to us as a souvenir. The package is cute. A sea bream. It is nice to visit the brewery and drink sake!
