The nose is reminiscent of white flowers and violets, with pears and apples. In the mouth, the fruitiness comes forward and the sweetness of the rice gives way to a yogurt-like texture reminiscent of butter. Mild warmth and a medium to slightly long finish that is not just alcoholic. A bottle to drop time on a cold Sunday night. Aroma of white blossoms with hints of violet, followed by pear and apple. On the palate, fruit takes the lead; the rice sweetness shifts toward a buttery yogurt texture. A gentle alcoholic warmth lingers, with a medium-long finish beyond alcohol alone. .
