The name lured me to order it. Mohawk Girl.
Just the right amount of trace sweetness.
Pair it with a thick cheese takoyaki pizza.
Rice: Toyobai rice
Rice polishing ratio: 55

Mohawk Raw Girl 👰 Raw Sake✨
Gentle taste ☺️. Comfortable to the body. Moderate acidity and a little dry. Advances the meal. I had it with scallops and onion kakiage 😋.

Served at almost room temperature. Slightly sweet and easy to drink. There is no description on the bottle, but I wonder if it is junmai or junmai ginjo?
Toyobai's summer sake, Mohawk Girl's Nama Sake.
It has a youthfulness that is typical of nama-shu. It has a rich fruity aroma but a strong flavor. There is no complex aroma, but the muscat aroma, which is simple and easy to pick up, stands out.
Muscat, apricot.
Slightly lime, fresh green
Outside drinking.
Ordered by the impact of the name.
When poured, it smells moist and sweet.
The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish.
There is a distinctive sweet aroma.
It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship.
Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳.
I didn't realize it was so 😚.
Junmai Nama Sake🍶Mohawk Nama Musume✨Toyobai Rice🌾.
Sweet and refreshing ✨Orange juice? 🍊 Maybe a flat plate would be easier to drink than a glass 🤔 as the sweetness would be diluted. Pair it with sweet and spicy peppers and it's refreshing, gobble it up. It's a raw sake version of Mohawk Girl, so it's Mohawk Raw Girl 😅
