The aroma is mild. The first sip is sweet, but gradually a gentle sweetness and moderate acidity spreads. The last part has a good spiciness and a nice sharpness.
Although it is unfiltered, there is no heaviness, and it is smooth to the palate.
After a few days of drinking, the sweetness has gone away and the acidity has risen, but it is also delicious.
Hana Yuu is good, but Suiyu is as good as it gets.
